Certainly could have been more involved if our forwards had more footballing IQ. There were a handful of occasions when they could have passed to Fernandes and then made their own run. Fernandes would have found them back easily with a pass. And of course that time Martial could have squared the ball to Fernandes.Could've scored 2 if Martial and James weren't so selfish.
Always got into the perfect position for a cut back, could easily have gotten 2 goals today if james and martial had seen him.

Really been a catalyst to our transformation recently. Makes some great late runs. Rest of our players need to start looking for the pull back as Bruno is in acres of space there a lot of times.

What a signing this man has been
He's really doing everything right to become a fan favourite. If we had another player on his wave length we could have had a couple more today. Martial and James (x2) both missed glorious chances to lay one on for him.
He's been immense. I really hope he gets even better when the players finally start understanding him better.

Bruno really is a cut above. When you think of what clubs have paid for players like Coutinho and others to play the role Bruno played today, €47m or whatever it was is a steal. So clever, always taking up good positions, always pressing, chasing, talking.

Not just the cut backs. There was a break we had where he was in a great position for the through ball but James - who in fairness did well until the final ball - couldn't find him.

It's massive for Martial who aint your typical CF, Bruno enables him to play as a forward the way he wants to. Great to see.
