I thought he looked tired in the game against Villa and tonight he looked lethargic by his standards and his passing radar was way off.
That’s why just using stats to judge a player isn’t a fair way to judge a player. I love Bruno but I wonder how many of those ‘assists’ are defence splitting passes?
Bruno’s passing has been getting worst and worst lately, but he does often score that crucial goal for us, his influence in big games seems to be getting smaller.
A lot have been a square pass to a player that happened to score. I’d imagine the XG on his assists is much lower than his assists.
Look tired, but...
There was the moment in the first half where Rashford was completely free on the right.
Couldn't he have played it normally instead of side footing it straight to the goalkeeper the way he did.
Stuff like that irritates me. There's no need to be so fancy about things. Get the pass, hit the target, end of story.
He’s a bit like Scholes. Both had a shocking low level.
I’ve no problem with him posing the ball in attacking areas, but he does need to be better with the ball in our half.
having said that, it’s a bit off criticising our best player of the past 12 months.
I don't remember this

I love Scholes, but when he was bad, he was bloody awful.
He’ll get a rest if he wants. Apparently Ole will have a word with him to see if he’s okay to be dropped.
Didn't have assist or goal to mask his erratic passing. Needs to keep it simple more
this is it. I like the guy, but people here ignore how inconsistent his passing is, even when he's supposedly having good games. He's productive is evident, but some aspects of his play are....well, not the best.

Came here to say this. Can be magical at times, whilst at others making you want to pull you hair out. What he brings, just like Rooney, is too essential. Not saying you're wrong but I don't remember that about Scholes. Was it less a feature of his post-eye injury years?
In terms of top players with a shockingly low level, Rooney would be the stand out in my mind.

Just be a man and tell him he needs a break because he's running on fumes and we need him back to full strength. He’ll get a rest if he wants. Apparently Ole will have a word with him to see if he’s okay to be dropped.
