Absolutely. Would be my prediction for what happens next. Resigns as a martyr, goes for a GE and a majority. If he doesn't, parliament are going to push back HARD now.

Yes. That's primarily political though. There's also contempt of court, misuse of public office, and a few other offences if he tries to maneuvre another prorogation or similar.
