Seriously though, be great to have young players like him, Rashford, and Martial on the bench as backup for Zlatan, Rooney, and Mata.

You're right, what am I thinking? Martial won't get near the bench with Lingard and Depay available.
He plays atleast as often, if not more, as an RW instead of a forward. He is tailored for a 4-3-3 and wide right forward role, much like a right sided Martial.
More than likely. Agents love using us for that.Could this be a move by the agent to maximize the salary from RB Leipzeg?

Considering the Bailly deal was kept hidden by the club til the very end it's also very unlikely we'd have leaked anything.
Don't know much about RB Leipzig, I'm assuming as they are owned by Red Bull and appear to have made quite a swift ascent through the league, they're probably expected to do quite well next year and challenge for European football?
Still seems a bit of a strange career move. But the Bundesliga will hopefully be very good for his development and at least at Leipzig he'll be guaranteed regular football, maybe even have the team built around him.
I'm in, he's now my favourite player since Bailly.
Don't forget Blind. LVG was prepared to convert him into RW for next year. Needed a good replacement for Mata. You're right, what am I thinking? Martial won't get near the bench with Lingard and Depay available.
Well, simply put, they have an insane amount of money and are spending it to go bypass the usual progression clubs have.Don't know much about RB Leipzig, I'm assuming as they are owned by Red Bull and appear to have made quite a swift ascent through the league, they're probably expected to do quite well next year and challenge for European football?

why would we leak it to the Swiss press though? Makes zero sense.TBH this is leaking how the Bailly deal did... the report says he is close to signing

I think he'll be going to Germany, most likely RB Leipzig who are swimming in cash. Very unlikely that we'll get him.
Pretty sure the English press were briefed by the club, though. We didn't leak to the Spanish press either, who said WE are the leak

Bailly also wasn't close to signing for any other clubs. Stinks of his agent pushing for more money, this one.
Do you really think leipzig will be stupid enough to fall for that.I think it's very likely this is a play by his agent to either get a bigger salary with RB or maybe even get another club in for him?

Fair enough. That was AFTER the story leaked by Cedenar SER in Spain and then Ballague went with it then Castles.
SSN got involved after and then BBC way later.
So lets see what happens in the next few days on this.
EDIT: The thing is though, he has been linked with many clubs for a few months, including Spurs and Wolfsburg, so why drop this United link now... doesn't really make sense.
Maybe this is. But the Bailly reports were in the Spanish press for a few good hours before any British outlet said anything.Pretty sure the English press were briefed by the club, though.

I don't think we're after him for some reason, I think they're using our name to get them to pay more and quicker. Why would him picking United over a newly promoted German side be unlikely?
How reliable are 20minuten? I just hope it gets sorted one way or another, Sane and him were my only muppet signings this summer. Would love for either of them to comeOh this one would be my dream signing. Can play all positions upfront, is fast, physical, has amazing ball control and link-up play. I can't think of a better comparison than our very own Tony Martial. Embolo needs to work on his shot and finishing though. He creates chances all the time but he lacks Martial-coolness.
Could also be compared to Welbeck but that's probably not what you guys wanna hear
Yeah I didn't mean it literally. You can't deny the gist of my point though.Think the problem lies in your definition of 'everyone'.
