Boeing in trouble again

Am I missing something?

Like the average salary for almost every single job at the Renton Factory where they are striking pays 100k USD +??

EDIT - That salary increase is inflation adjusted too. It's 41% over 4 years in real terms.

I can't say I feel sorry for them - this isn't some case of mistreated warehouse workers on minimum wage.

These are middle class, white collar workers on huge salaries that already won't be matched anywhere else feeling bad for themselves because a 41% Salary increase over 4 years is apparently bad.

It isn't really about how much money they're getting/earning, it's about how the management have treated them in the past

When Boeing were in finanical trouble a good while back the workers changed their pension benefits (to their personal detriment) to help the company, since then everything the management have done is to benefit the share price and shareholders, despite losing billions in the last couple of years they've initiated share buybacks of 100's of millions of dollars, they also shifted (and have threatened to shiftmore) production to non-union plants, it's no wonder they're pissed off TBH
