This is probably in reference to Jason Wilcox and Omar Berarda who where not in fact City cast offs as Wilcox had already left them for Saints and Berarda wasnt working for City he was working for their parent company City Football Group.

For all the praise City get for being well run, I think they've made some very strange decisions in recruitment in recent years. Also feels like their succession planning will be as poor as Uniteds was for Fergie. Whoever replaces Pep will likely inherit a squad full of aging stars past their best.
