Blue Moan, I saw you sitting alone...
That's shocking. I honestly doubt there was ever so much luck given in all competitions over a year, ever!
Our treble was:
FA Cup - Chelsea, Arsenal & Newcastle
CL - Group of death, Intern, Juventus, Bayern
Mental.
I'm a malaysian myself and went to indian medical school. It was circa 2005ish and was surprised to see the legions of liverpool fans there. Much more than manutd fans to be precise.. Neeedless to say it was a fun period for utd fans and the i myself had a awesome banter with them. I shudder to think about being with them right about now.I'm from India actually! Plenty of Arsenal, Chelsea and United fans and a few City fans here. There are a decent number of Liverpool fans but none that I know personally.
And I get that but if losing that means the just winner wins and there is fair play then I am down for it.I actually agree with him to be honest. Celebrating a goal is the paramount moment for any supporter in the ground.
You would have a glance at the lino, if his flag was down, it was your cue to go full on mental.
The fact it could get brought back for VAR is always in your mind, so it sort of spoils the moment.
It's not so much about the rights and wrongs of the decisions, though I can see your point. More to do with experience of watching football.
They had two tough opponents. Couldn't score a single goal against Chelsea and won through penalties and then went out to Spurs without their star player.Good point Maticmaker.
Not to mention their absurdly kind cup draws.
League Cup
Oxford
Fulham
Leicester
Burton Albion
Chelsea
FA Cup
Rotherham
Burnley
Newport
Swansea
Brighton
Watford
Champions League
Lyon
Shaktar
Hoffenheim
Shalke
Tottenham
An absolute joke I'm sure you'll agree.

Wow. They're only played 2 good teams out of 16. Crazy. Easiest set of cup runs in history?
Too few quotes from bluemoon to enjoy in here
Believe me, these threads will be going even stronger when we get ourselves back on top.I love these threads laughing at city and pool, but the fact we're laughing at the fact city have blown the quad while we're sitting in 6th shows just what a state our own club is in right now.
I wonder if you were laughing at Liverpool when they slipped away the title in 2014. We were in a worse state than we are now, yet we still all laughed because it was hilarious.I love these threads laughing at city and pool, but the fact we're laughing at the fact city have blown the quad while we're sitting in 6th shows just what a state our own club is in right now.

Have to cheer about something.I love these threads laughing at city and pool, but the fact we're laughing at the fact city have blown the quad while we're sitting in 6th shows just what a state our own club is in right now.
It deserves mocking when all we were constantly hearing about was a potential quadruple. It's not just them blowing it, it's the way they blew it too. What's the point in rivalry when you can't laugh at your rivals misfortune? Are you kidding, it was a classic.
The difference is that city have just blown the quad.
That means, as satisfying as it is seeing them blow it, we're laughing at the fact they're not going to win everything. Let that sink in for a minute.
When was this taken? We need a crowd photo like in the RAWK thread when it goes off topic.
When was this taken?
I'm just glad they have more chance of pipping the vermin now.Its a terrible terrible thing to be happy at other people's misery.
But god, does it feel good.

Had Liverpool in the FA Cup too.

Needs a photoshop of Poch/Danaerys asking if Pep/Snow will bend the knee.Amazing sequence. Glimpse there of Poch losing it. Turf kiss by (Sterling)? Pep wants to sub someone. Then the slow dawning...

Fisting*
I was at Anfield for the Dormund match 3 years ago and when we scored a last minute winner, the roof nearly fell off. It was utter madness and the most incredible atmosphere I've ever experienced anywhere. Those City fans dont look like they give a shit. I'm glad they're out although I am a little shocked that some plastic flags and piped in atmosphere didn't win them the game!
So embarrassing.Last year against Lyon in CL.
I agree, I gave my Liverpool supporting friends such an easy ride over the 20years of us dominating, it just seemed pointless to mock most of the time.Believe me, these threads will be going even stronger when we get ourselves back on top.
If it's funny, you laugh. Bet you're a right misery guts in the pub.Are you kidding, it was a classic.

The way we won in 2012 will never be topped, the actual way it played out.
However, unashamedly for me, winning the title this year would be the sweetest. That's how sickening the blatant pro-Liverpool campaign has been, it will outweigh the first title win I was alive to witness for me.
Just said the same thing pudge, that 2012 moment is set in stone, but this season we are going against total corruption towards a liverpool title push
We've had nothing go for us like the mickeys have this season.
Dives.
Scuffed shots.
Last minute goals.
Shit goalies.
Refs giving non fouls.
Refs not giving fouls.
We've had to grind everything out our self.
The fa and premier league want Liverpool to win it from the get go.
I'm with you that if we win this league it will be up there on it's own.
I just want this season to end as it's been a Scouse wankfest from day one and I love my football but them horrible Scouse ****s from the cheating twat up front for them to the screeching giddy gobby **** Carragher shrieking his way through matches, that horrible accent which makes my brain go into hibernation, this season has been excruciating.
We’re fecked lads.
Far too many blind eyes and “miscues” for this to be luck and they are getting more and more blatant.
There’s clear fixing going on. That linesman, Lloris, Morrison at Cardiff all need looking into.
We are guaranteed to see some strange stuff Monday or Sunday.
We need to keep Leicester outside our box for 90 mins and score 2-3 long range screamers just to be sure.
I am now convinced the fix is in.
I absolutely expect for Liverpool to win their last match and for us to get a few questionable decisions from the referee to ensure we draw/lose at least one of our last matches.
Their only purpose is there to stop the Scousers.I almost feel sorry for them with refereeing and everything. Almost.
That's how irrelevant they are.
