Bluemoon goes into Meltdown

How that dickhead can say we're plastic? What about their team of money grabbers who love to fight with each other every day?

I find it so funny how in the past City fans (in a way) prided themselves on the fact that they were Manchester's "real club" who constantly turned their pompous arses up at United for "buying" their success where as now they've literally become everything they were so violently against in the first place!

Hypocrisy in it's finest form me thinks ;)

It's the 'lucky' comments that are cracking me up, bloody brilliant entertainment from the berties.

How the feck did we get lucky?

We scored two wonderful goals, their goal was a big deflection of Silva's backside. What did they do all match besides their goal and Silva's chance at the start? feck all is what.

They huffed and puffed, but ultimately failed because they weren't good enough. Simple as that, stick that in your pipe Summerbee.

They're much worse than we ever were, in terms of spending. They really have taken it to ridiculous levels.

Heard that from them when I took my lad down the park earlier on. "Thirty-four years and we're still here" they were singing. No, you are 16 years old, in the kiddies play area swigging cans of lager and singing Munich songs, you pathetic cnuts.

Dwight Yorke really showed Bertiebee up as even though he was there to even out the bias he still gave a very unbiased opinion on the matter in my eyes. A few scousers who I have the misfortune of working with even agreed.

If anyone isn't arsed listening to them, here's a helpful summerbee (summary):
Rag rag rag rag 60% possession rag rag rag rag rag rag lucky rag rag rag rag corrupt rag rag rag rag we're still here rag rag rag tick tock rag rag rag rag widest pitch.

tbh, they have quite a few sensible posters on there. I was also surprised to see reds posting there without getting much abuse in return. Looks like that place is moderrated much better than some scouse forums.

How can they possibly believe the better team lost??

We had more shots on target, more possession etc. They did play well in parts, I'll give them that. But apart from the Silva chance at the start and their fluke goal, what else did they do? They did well up to a certain part, but in the final third they weren't that great.

Them admitting that we are a better team and deserve to win is just not something that is going to happen, the biased bitter gits. It's like asking someone to get their wisdom teeth extracted and say it doesn't hurt.

He makes a big deal about United needing a wonder goal to win but overlooks the fact that City needed a fluke to equalize......not to mention we should have had a penalty in the first half.

Sorry lads. I'm a wild colonial boy and don't know why City fans are called "Berties" although it sounds right.

They've started a write-in campaign to Sky!

Here's my letter:

I am writing to express my complete and utter condemnation of the treatment given to a true English Legend such as Mike Summerbee during your coverage of the Manchester Derby on 12/2/2011.

It seems very obvious to me that every attempt was made to belittle, ridicule and demean every positive comment the former Manchester City winger made, by his fellow pundits Redknapp and Yorke and of the main presenter.

The most telling was their attempt to portray Mr Summerbee as someone who was not in complete possession of the facts of the game by revealing the stats which showed Man Utd had a 54%-46% possession advantage over Manchester City.

However the TRUE faces as stated on your OWN website and various other websites shows that Mr Summerbee was actually correct in his assumption that Manchester City possessed a greater period of possession (51%-49% in favour of Manchester City)

I would like to know whether or not it is the general practice of Sky Sports football coverage to present inaccurate facts and to demean past legends of the game just so you can present a positive and superior image of Man Utd over Manchester City.

I also noticed the bias concerning Mr Tyler in his commentary, went beyond the realms of the acceptible and a blatant example of a lack of impartiality.

For someone like myself who has subscribed to Sky Sports for 7 years, i have noticed this trend for a while but it is only after today that it has become glaringly obvious that, for a self confessed impartial sports broadcaster, today's events and spiteful, playground demeaning of Mr Summerbee leads me and indeed others, to believe this is anything but the case for Sky Sports, and as a result i am seriously considering my subscription as a viewer, i don't expect to see a one-sided viewpoint from the presenters and indeed the network for such high profile games such as this.

I expect at least a reply from someone at Sky Sports to explain why the programme had an obvious bias towards Man Utd and the dispicable attempt of demeaning a long serving former English footballer using inaccurate or misinterpreted statistics which have since shown Mr Summerbee's comments to be wholly accurate in their delivery.

Yes, it was definitely one-sided coverage, what with a city cheerleader wearing a city tie and a city blazer in the studio, talking only about city, whereas Dwight Yorke, an ex-player of ours, calmly, rationally and professionally discussed the game and both sides.

It really is hilarious to see the impact our dominant era has on the mentality of the Bitters and the Dippers - the poor bastards are convinced that the whole world, including referees, the FA and the media are all United-mad and out to get them.

Sorry lads. I'm a wild colonial boy and don't know why City fans are called "Berties" although it sounds right.

Bertie Bitters. It alludes to the fact that City are forever in our shadow and they've never been able to let it down. Every time City has won something of worth, United did it bigger. When they won the league in 68, we won the European cup which took the shine off.

Well that was different, from the post above. That was the story I was told on another forum but seems he didn't know either :nervous:

I want to watch the Summerbee video. Any links?

EDIT: Found it.

What bollocks is this guy talking about? He says they created more chances than us and then the stats sheet show the attempts on goal are the same and than we had more shots on target than they did. Then the fecker says he doesn't care about the stats and Sky Sports has him as a pundit? Really?

TBH stats are stats. What I give a feck about are the goals for and against column.....and a quick look at that fact reveals that we scored 2 and they scored 1...now Mike let's talk about that

Is it just me or does anyone else think that Mancini seems like a decent enough bloke?

Although, I thought the same of Rafa before all the unpleasantness.

Gutted about today, proud of the lads went there and looked the better side.
I really want those jammy, cheating t...ts in the cup assuming we beat NC and AV so we can really show em the tide is changing.

WTF is this shit

Pathetic from bluemoon. They score a jammy deflection, we score 2 great goals and we were lucky and cheated. Then they want a further chance in the cup to show us the tide is turning? Reality check wankshafts, you just had a chance and you lost.

Bitter babies.

I would love to play them in the cup this season and deny them yet another chance of getting a trophy. feck that, we should send all our reserves to some Europa League side to beat the crap out of City there too.

I went on there for a laugh, but when I read the first thread, there was no humour to be found.

I have lost my wife, my 8 year old daughter, in a car accident on motorway my 3 year old son is in intensive care i have my 16 month old son with me he wasn't in the accident. Been at hospital all day just got back my mam and dad are away in gambia i don't know what to do with myself.

Puts things in perspective doesnt it? I have absolutely no idea who he is, but my thoughts really are with him.

Yeah, that's heartbreaking. Fair play to them they're all rallying around.
