If Dzeko missed what persie missed on the start of the game he'd be crucified here, called all kind of names and valued 7mil.

When was the last time our strikers went one to one with opposition keeper? I honestly can't remember.. service they're getting from Silva, Nasri, Yaya is utter crap. If something comes from Zabaleta, Milner, that's it. Silva is crap for most of the season but he'll do flick or two and people will wet themselves.

We had this in the newbs before I got promoted, a poster called Royal Blue I think, all he'd come out with is how unfair the CL draw system is, he couldn't grasp the concept of having to actually perform in the competition in order to raise your pot. The logic was amazing, basically it seemed as if it involves something they can't influence with money then it must automatically be unfair.

I actually remember that, bizarre stuff really. They've been in 2 group stages of the champions league and they expect to be top seeds as opposed to team who have been competing in it for the last decade!

Some of them are really thick, I work with a few of them and they known, what they need to do to get out of pot 4.
I could not understand why they did not want to play in the Europa League, doing well in that and winning some game could only of helped them get out of pot 4.

Yeah I remember them being glad that they hadnt qualified as they could "concentrate" on the league, that turned out well :lol:
 
They just don't have the stomach for a title run in. They were in tears last year if you remember and now they're fighting amongst themselves! Maybe they'll get better at this as the years go on but they really haven't got the bottle as it stands.

The problem with some of their fans is that they're become impatient, they have won the league so expect some sort fast track pass to every trophy. I can remember that thread in the newbies, a couple of posters including United fans wanted a total remodel of the seeded system which was a ridiculous idea, a system that has been in place for years will not be removed just because City can't get out of the group stages. Think they will struggle again next year, hopefully we can carry on singing "Six games in Europe and you couldn't win one".

I love that they say United have no morals for bullying refs, while a player like Tevez refuses to play when called upon and he is allowed to still play a vital part of their championship run.

They weren't in pot 4. The team from pot 4 actually finished first in the group and were excited about playing against great teams from England and Spain, never complaining about the draw, at all.
