Have voted Stam because I can't help but feel that there would have been no treble without him. Also, since I don't remember the babes, I was left with Bruce, Pally and Rio, so I chose Bruce based on captaincy, bravery, commitment, leadership and the goals and vital pens he scored.
Stam and Pally for me but Mcqueen, Bruce, Ferdinand and Mcgrath would be more than able deputies.
Very hard. I went for McGrath for no. 1 and tried to find the best plaayer to complement him. I came up with Pallo. So tempting to have gone for Pallo and Brucie together, or even to have Stam. But there you go.
