Cant be bothered to read through all those previous pages.

Berbatov flies to Manchester.
Ferguson kidnaps him.
Giggs and Rooney slap him around until he agrees to sign.
Meanwhile Scholes heads down to London to feed Levy his own tie.
Shity sign some over-rated knob. They seem to want to be like Dippers MKII.
The caf has exploded in a sperm-rage of epic proportions.

2236: Breaking news which might not be true but is still awesome: Dimitar Berbatov is on his way to Manchester United. Apparently, I've heard from a source (oh come on), United have now matched Man City's bid, throwing in Frazier Campbell as part of the deal. Now that, true or not, is breaking news.

United get their man
as Spurs allow Berbatov deal to proceed with Campbell set to go to White Hart Lane

After a day of mounting drama, Tottenham have finally accepted Manchester United's offer for striker Dimitar Berbatov despite a £34million bid from cross-city rivals City.
As part of the deal, United's 20-year-old striker Fraizer Campbell is thought to have agreed a move to White Hart Lane.
Earlier, Tottenham officially accepted City's bid but after Old Trafford boss Sir Alex Ferguson held talks with the Bulgarian, seemingly against the wishes of the London club, the offer of around £20m plus Campbell proved a deal clincher.

If Campbell were to refuse to move south, Spurs have lined up a contingency plan to bring Reading striker Kevin Doyle to north London.
Following his meeting with Ferguson, Berbatov completed a medical, which put United in the driving seat to complete one of the summer's biggest and longest lasting transfer deals.
In the meantime chief executive David Gill, Ferguson and legal expert Maurice Watkins met to find a way to bridge the £5million gap in their offer compared to Tottenham's asking price.

Tottenham have made no formal statement on their discussions with United but reports of a £36m offer from Spanish giants Real Madrid were wide of the mark

It's just not funny. Not due to spamming, but because it's old and unfunny
