He seems like one of the most talented young strikers out there, would definitely love for us to bring him in. If Martial can keep up his pre-season form, and this guy can chip in for a number of games while getting used to the league, I think we have a solid frontline on our hands. Replace Martial with someone more talented next summer (Latauro Martinez?) and we could have a much more dynamic frontline next season.
 
I would love if we could get him, but I am not getting my hopes up.
Love if we would buy him now lend him to Red Bull if Ronaldo stays get him here if Ronaldo goes.
 
Had never heard of the guy before last week but he looks a talent. We need a striker…he ends up at Dortmund or the like and we will try to get him in a few years instead for twice the price.

And yet none of them arrived. My point is there is no planning from the board. There will be five substitutions this season and how many attackers are there in the bench when we need a goal? Btw, Alvarez is the new city striker.
 
Scoring a goal against Liverpool while being linked to us in the press is tantamount to signing a contract as far as I'm concerned.

There is no link, none whatsoever. Even the bullsh**** are not linking him to us.
 
This feels like one we should act upon this summer (especially if Antony is a no go this summer), because as others have said, he’ll probably go to Dortmund, be amazing, then he’s worth £80m minimum

And the people who said ‘he’s shit’, ‘he’s not ready’, ‘we have Martial’ etc, will be the ones complaining why we didn’t buy him back then.

I agree. We should not let Dortmund or similar get their hands on him. Ronaldo situation is not good. I would think hard about releasing him on a free if we could agree on this guy.
 
I've been on about getting a big man up top for a while so I'm happy we can get this guy now that Scamacca has gone.

Why should we let the Ronaldo situation affect this transfer. It’s not like we are strapped for ‘monies’ like barca are and can only register one player at a time. In fact it makes too much sense to buy him now and feck Ronaldo off this season or the next…. so maybe our board won’t buy him.

I honestly don’t think it should depend on the Ronaldo situation. He’s 37.

We would be scouting the world for top striking talents regardless for our future No. 9.

Martial has had a good pre-season but before that he was completely written off. Surely, the club weren’t planning on going into the season with just a 37 year old as the only striker.
 
What's the hivemind's opinion on this guy? Decent backup?
 
The guy definitely looks a real special talent. Surely he won’t cost that much in comparison to later down the line? Get him in now before other clubs begin to show serious interest.

They've already snapped up Adeyemi from Salzburg this season, so I don't think Sesko is happening for them until they sell Adeyemi. I just hope we can snap him up before that, preferably this season if he is going to cost the same price.

Looks like this guy's price is going to double if he stays there another year.

Count me in! Sesko was my preferred choice when the news first broke that Ronaldo wanted to leave.

are there anything reliable linking us to him? Could be best thing happen happened to us, if we can lose the GOAT and get in a LAMB.
