Nope. But the ones drowning themselves in misery and self pity, will still continue to do so.Could this get any obvious?

These quotes are supposedly from an interview given in Portugal. Take from them what you will, but I would guess that some club has approached him more formally than previous - here's to hoping it's us.
'Note: @CheGiaevara: In a Spanish context "In the next few days" means "you'll all know soon enough". Doesn't mean upcoming days necessarily.'
He needs to buy a right arsehole or we need an arsehole as a manager. It is far too cosy.
But..but..we are Man Utd. We cannot be cnuts. We have a moral victory to claim. Let's stick by our useless managers and give them long term contracts just because it brings stability. Let's assemble a team full of pansies because we must be the nicest team ever on the pitch.

An excellent post. However, this is the internet, so allow me to mock you for your typo.
Read the whole post. Can't be United if he's going to let everyone know in the next few days.
Read the bottom of the post mate. Can't be United if he's going to let everyone know in the next few days. Van Gaal won't stay if he's being sacked at the end of the season, Giggs doesn't want to be interim Manager. So who heck would manage the club & guide them 4th position.
You stopped reading before the end didn't you? Can't be United if he's going to let everyone know in the next few days. Van Gaal won't stay if he's being sacked at the end of the season, Giggs doesn't want to be interim Manager. So who heck would manage the club & guide them 4th position.
I dunno if this is posted, but Mourinho has just given an interview to Abola
Mourinho a year or so earlier to talksport in an Interview
Could this get any obvious?
So Mourinho used some kind of negative tactic against a big team, what's new? Problem is when we're using such negative tactics (it's not really negative tactics though, it's just ineptitude of our fellow Dutchman) against mid table/lower table teams and get plenty of those results, as I've said, with 1-2 shots on target the whole game. It's pathetic and unbearable to watch.
League table position is probably the most important aspect of the club as other branches of it that you've mentioned are closely connected to it. With our progressive regress (now that's beautiful of me) we'll start losing sponsorship deals, players will be reluctant to join us, make it be first team or academy so in the end yeah, that's the focal point of a football club. Results. Is LVG in charge of our commercial side of things? Nope. Is he in charge of our academy? Neither. But he can indirectly influence those sectors so he's not much of a help in the stabilisation process if he's not winning games.
Stabilisation process should be done by the club as a whole, in spite of LVG, not thanks to him. And the stabilisation process will be continued without him.
We need to get back to being hated by other fans, rather than our own. At the moment it is somewhere between being laughed at and being pitied. I find that depressing.
I dunno if this is posted, but Mourinho has just given an interview to Abola
“I can almost guarantee you that I’ll be back working this summer” insisted Mourinho. “I’ve good offers on the table.
“It’s a matter of thinking, to come to a good decision and finalise it. In the summer, at the end of the season, everyone will know what my next club will be”.
“One thing is certain, my future won’t be at Estoril or Paços, because they’re both having great seasons and won’t change manager.”
“I’ll take my ideas to where they wanted. I want to be at a place where I’m truly wanted.”
“I want to work at a club with responsibility, in a hard league, where there’re no easy objectives. That don’t leave many options.”
Could this get any obvious?
Nothing wrong about this, it's how i get laid...
It might be referring more to Madrid and how half the team (Ronaldo, Ramos, Casillas etc...)/fans were flat-out against him in his last stint and would probably be so now too. What's this about?
Agree.
People forget that before the Glazers Manchester United regularly broke the British transfer record. Nobody could live with our spending. Fergie was happy to pay whatever was needed to stay ahead of the pack. Furthermore, Fergie showed no hesitancy about buying players that affected the development of youngsters. He happily splashed out on Poborsky despite Beckham coming through simultaneously.
United's commitment is, and has always been, to winning. The team that ended our 26 year wait for a title was mostly bought. The likes of Big Pete, Brucey, Pally, Ince, Kanchelskis, Cantona etc. did not come through our academy. The 1992/93 depended on virtually no academy players: Hughes, Giggs and a bit of Clayton Blackmore. That's it, and we bought Hughes back after we sold him.
The fact is we have not had superb academy players for some time, Ronaldo and Rooney didn't come through our academy, they came from Sporting and Everton. Was anyone complaining when we won three titles on the bounce and a Champions League to boot between 2007 and 2009 though?
It feels like much of the opposition to Mourinho is coming from people who have romanticised the past. Also, it feels like a lot of younger fans are saying what they think they should say to prove they're real fans e.g. we need a manager who emphasises youth etc. If the young players are good enough they will get chances under Mourinho. If they are not they will be allowed to go, just like under Fergie. Where is Kiko Macheda now, eh?
Probably a dig at Chelsea. What's this about?
Yes, Madrid too, I reckon.Probably a dig at Chelsea.
"I’ll take my ideas to where they are wanted. I want to be at a place where I’m wanted. I want to work at a club with responsibility, in a hard league and where there are no easy objectives. That doesn't leave many options."
This definitely sounds like Manchester United. I expect it to be announced at the end of the season with LVG taking an early retirement.
Claiming to have inside knowledge that Mourinho has already signed.
Obvious BS, but still.
"In a Spanish context "In the next few days" means "you'll all know soon enough". Doesn't mean upcoming days necessarily.'"
I cannot believe those of you who want Mourinho. He's poisonous and will destroy everything of value and heritage your club is noted for.
If you don't see that, see below link.

People desiring youth...none of the elite clubs rely much on homegrown players these days. Even Barca's unparalleled attacking lineup features Turan, Rakitic, Suarez and Neymar. Bayern have Muller, but also Lewa, Robben, Ribery, Thiago. The prem is even more stark - outside of Spurs who have to be seen as the anomaly (and signed Alli).
The class of 92 were a fluke, and pretty much every other footballing force in the last 2 decades has been at least 90% purchased - with a similar 'class of 92-esque' phenomenon at Barca being the exception briefly.
LVG is leaning on the 'youth' crutch because actually winning at football has proven too much for him. And for whatever reason, a large chunk of United fans are happier with losing and playing some of 'our own' than winning. We don't live in a world where a team with Lingard, Rashford, Rothwell, Weir and so forth are going to win the CL. So it's nice, but personally I was pretty happy watching Ronnie, Rooney and Tevez destroy teams, or RVN and Saha doing the business.
Except the part where he says about being wanted, unless he's referring to the broad response to him on polls for the next manager from our fans.
He got kicked at Chelsea again, so don't think he will give Real the chance.I don't get these rumours about Mou going back to Real.
He is too proud to go back after being kicked the way he was.
That being said... he did do that with Chelsea.
If he has no other option, he would go back to Madrid.I don't get these rumours about Mou going back to Real.

Sums it up nicely. Two of Fergie's three great sides were composed largely of imported players (often at great expense) and even 99 had a core of expensive imports (Cole, Yorke, Stam, as well as older buys like Keane). The 94 and 99 sides also had a real hard streak (verging on thuggish with 94). And, paraphrasing his biographer's words (McIlvany), Fergie was never one to pass a pile of firewood without throwing a lighted match on it. But, no, we're the morally superior nice guys who rely on homegrown players and for whom winning is incidental. No trophy winning machines like Mourinho please, we need someone like that nice David Moyes again.
