Take the 11/8 with Bet365 on Nadal to beat Federer in the Aus Open Final. It`s a toss up imo with a slight advantage to Federer because of Nadal`s very long match. However, the bookies have overeacted as they know most people will punt Federer.

I heard people give fake tips to folk in order to protect the odds of the real tip. Leaving the real ITK to clear up, whilst the bookies clear up on the punters.
The only way to make money on the horses is to know the form, specialise in certain races, be disciplined and ignore any and all tips.

Trading your bet to make a profit either way. Say you back someone for £10 at 5/1, laying them at 2.5 for £10 would make you a profit if it wins but makes sure you don't lose the original stake if it loses. Or, vice versa, you could lay someone at 2.5 for £10 and when the odds rise you then back them in order to cover your original bet and/or make a profit either way.
Sorry, I'm relatively new to this myself so if that was hard to understand or incorrect maybe someone could explain it better.
