He's got a point. Balotelli acted the dick but this would have been easily avoided if the right penalty taker was chosen before the match.
I've not seen Henderson take a penalty in a competitive match so I wouldn't know. Again, I would have given them to Balotelli, but if Henderson was told to take them before the match then it should have been him taking it.
Surely Rodgers meant Henderson was on pens as in if they got one while Balotelli was off the pitch? If Hazard was on the bench and Costa was the designated taker and then Hazard came on surely he would then be the penalty taker as he's clearly the best taker Chelsea have.

Three things. Firstly, Alex Shaw is a cnut. Second, it's several months after he made that statement. Third, things that have happened since then (such as a Balotelli being a bit shit) will have meant things aren't going to be the same.
