Autumn Internationals

3/4 for Wales and a win over a terrible South Africa, yet in real terms we've regressed. Baffling team selection, centre's that can't pass, idiotic decision making and non existent style of play. If the WRU had any bollocks they'd sack the coaching staff and start afresh. Far too much favouritism going on and an unwillingness to change that has seen us left behind by England and Ireland when in reality the differences in talent between the starting XVs for each country is negligible. When everyone is fit my starting team would be L Williams, Halfpenny, S Williams, Watkin (Incredibly raw but a massive talent), North, Davies, Webb, Faletau, Tipuric, Moriaty, AWJ, Charteris, Francis, Baldwin, Jenkins.

Nicky Smith is a good prospect as well but Jenkins is still performing at a world class level for me so it's tough to leave him out. Roberts at 12 with quick, front foot ball with a real playmaker running lines off him could work but I'm a big fan of Watkin, just hope he doesn't go the way of Ashley Beck. Unfortunately when the 6N rolls around we'll have Roberts crashing up off flat ball and JD2 kicking through, failing to pass or running in to touch, depressing. As of now it looks like Ireland/England will be a grand slam decider but anything can happen on the day!

I thought the yellow for that was right to be honest
But if they want to remove it from the game, then maybe they should go red, as they should have done with the second tackle in the air in the Eng-Arg game

My impressions was that was what was supposed to be the case, but in practice lately it seems to have been tempered a bit. It's clearly not disappearing from the game at the minute.

Dean Mumm has avoided suspension for the tip tackle that saw him yellow carded by Jerome Garces. He's lucky he avoided a ban, the wallabies are unlucky he'll be able to play this weekend against England.

Yeah kinda hard to understand that. It could have been pretty serious bar the Irish player getting one elbow out to break his fall before his head hit the ground. It's not really sending the right message about protecting the players, is it? I've a feeling he got away with it because he seemed to accept he'd done something wrong so quickly.

Not sure if this was needed. The six nations has more than enough prestige and intrigue as it is with packed out stadiums and huge television figures for every game.

BP systems are great in competitions with home and away fixtures but I hate the idea that going to war for a 8-9 victory away in Twickenham or Paris should be worth less points than your rival putting 40 easy points on Italy at home.

At the very least they should have included -3 losing BPs for losing all 5 games as well as the Grand Slam +3. The way they've done it, a side who won 1 game could get the wooden spoon ahead of the side who lost all 5 by less than 7.

Perfect year for us. Brilliant time to be an England fan.

We'll done to England. Team of the year in my book and pommy Eddie coach of the year too despite what world rugby came up with a few weeks back. Very annoying that Australia can't play for 80 minutes.

When do England actually face New Zealand next? Probably Summer or Autumn 2018?
