Meh Sharapova just had a superday.

Henin said in Belgian news that she missed some confidence the last couple of days and had a little problem with her knee, but she refused to use this as an excuse and gave Sharapova a lot of credit for her game.

Jankovich won the battle of the sicknotes against Serena (at one point they both had full medical timeouts at the same time). I have never seen Jankovich not have to stop due to 'injury' during a game. She's also one of these that moans to her coach during games, I hate that, it's like they constantly need their hand holding

Perhaps I'm just a bit bitter about the lost three points in teh prediction competition!

Thing is that Jankovic is injured for real. In Hopman Cup just before the Australian Open she injured herself and couldn't run at all and had to leave WO in her single games and only play doubles with Djokovic where she didn't run at all.

Bloody Aussies struggling with a little rain. :D

They should use Bounty *cough* other brands are available. ;)

4-0 down, Jankovic writes this set off abd begins again you'd think.

Not happening at the minute.

We need an ugly, frumpy woman to come through and take this pretty lot to task. There's something a bit unnatural about the number of successful pretty uns at the minute

Shock horror, Jankovich has the trainer on

She's the Saha of womens tennis. Although it's amazing how often she stages a remarkable recovery to get through to the next round... not that I'm accusing her of sportsmanship or anything (I am)

Damn I planned to go to bed n all...

I'm not entirely sure Jankovic is that attractive (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/tennis/article3241414.ece the reason this issue is on my mind), however she looks quite alluring on her official website homepage:

Jankovic is apparently a bit disappointed that Jamie Murray didn't attend ehr last match, or the one before.

More than mere rumoours.

She has been playing with an injury for a while now, and at the same puts in more miles on the tour than most. The former she really should take some time ut to solved properly, and cut back on the latter a tad.

The Fivelive commentators agree that the break for the trainer was genuine.

Judging by her language as she recieved her treatment, it does seem she's got a genuine injury

But crying wolf and all that... maybe I'm wrong. But if these are all genuine injuries, she has to do something about it because it's not normal

Hantuchova has broken Ivanovic first service game in the second set already

Sounds like you've got it sorted mate! Are you having a BBQ for tea as well?
Buttered Chicken for dinner.
