I don't think so, the 5 setter vs. Federer in New York shows that Djokovic has been working on his fitness, coupled with the fact that Murray has had much tougher matches than Djokovic so far. Murray would edge it if both were starting on fresh, but the last 13 days combined will probably affect Murray more.

First impressions is that Djokovic is looking very formidable. Both players have started well but Djokovic's extra power and his great defence give him the edge so far. It's a slowish hard court which suits Djokovic. Murray has to keep the points long and hope his condition is better than Djokovic's.
