Australia vs India

The danger man out for 62. Quite a pity actually, he was playing a decent innings before getting out quite lazily (no footwork). Aussie score is looking better and better with each ball bowled.

Yuvraj wrongly given out.. although he was out last over anyway

Macgill is injured I do believe... and yes I would rather him playing than Hogg, even though Macgill is a bit of a cock

Hogg is actually a decent player, but you aussies are spoiled by warne.

Yuvraj should have been given out caught from Hogg and wasn't, the next over he's wrongly judged out caught off Clarke. That's great Kiwi umpiring justice there :D

Magill is one of the best leg spin bowlers in the world as well, if he was from any other country he would be a star.

Yeah, but I always liked hogg because good chinaman bowlers are very rare.

Hogg can also hold the bat, he won't clear the rope often but he will hang around. Solid in the field aswell. Nearly ran out Ganguly before.. that would of been brilliant

He and macgill are both 36 I think. We don't have many others coming through. Cameron white and Cullen are the only ones i've heard of, don't know much about them though.

Cameron White played a few games against the Kiwis last year from memory. He seems more of an allrounder than a spinning specialist. In fact there's no real point playing him as a spinner because he's not really that much better than Michael Clark or Symonds

I think Stuart Clark is going to be the next McGrath. They are similar bowlers.

Clark is pretty shit from what i've seen.

You have obviously had your head in the sand for the past couple of years. Destroyed the Saffies in his debut series. Murdered the poms last year and looks like he has the indians in his sights now.

Clark is sensational :D

153 all out.
This is all your fault, you twat. I hope mehro bans you.

Once again the same old story. We dug ourselves into a hole with that slow start. Sachin got us out of trouble with some support from Ganguly. But no one else stood up. Dhoni and Yuvraj are flat track bullies, unless they prove otherwise.

What's the rain forecast like?

Cullen gets rave reviews from Terry Jenner who was Warnies mentor. If he keeps on track he could be a superstar, very accurate bowler just needs to outsmart the batsmen a bit more.

Snickometer said he was out on both occasions. That's the great Kiwi inconsistency there.

I guess we need to look ahead now. This game is surely over. Drop Bhajji for the next game and bring in Pathan. His bowling will at the very least be as ineffective as Bhajji's but he'll also get some runs. I'm afraid Dravid's going to have a very poor series and will be dropped at the end of it. Opening the batting is not helping him. Laxman, Sachin and Ganguly looked quite comfortable against the bowling but failed to capitalize on their starts. We can still hope for big things from them. Clarke has successfully made it to my hate list.

i blame dravid fecking twat kept defending the ball for ages which in turn increased the pressure on other players to score runs.

153 all out.

I'm brilliant aren't I?Given that I thought Ganguly would be out for nought I'm quite brilliant.

Hd to happen...all the signs were there...good show in the first day, almost had the Aussies where we wanted them. But this is the Indian cricket team.Takes two spin bowlers for a test in Australia.Drops Pathan.Forces Dravid to open to accomodate the 'new Lara'.Ladies and Gentlemen, this will be an innings defeat.

Drew our last series against the Aussies away.Beat the Windies and Ingurland away.Gave it all away after the first Test victory against the safs.Beat Pakistan away. We're clearly getting better at this shit.

Let''s talk about England.

BTW, I caught a glimpse of Lord's while passing by...that flying saucer press box thing looks even more abominable from the back.

Yuvraj and Dhoni should've never been in the team. They are simply not good enough in long-term.

It can't be an innings defeat. Suck on that.

The second day was so depressing I've decided not to watch the game today.

Anymore of Donado's predictions come true and I'll infract him.

Zaheer bowling symonds off a no ball, then bowling a no ball to Clarke which seemed to be a plum LBW. Just got his man though

Clarke looking alright, plays the spinners well. Hopefully and most likely we can rack up a score out of your reach. 332 the highest score run down at the MCG in a 4th innings, by England back in 1928 ..

Australia have declared and set a target of 499. We've to survive for 2 days. More than a miracle needed now. What's the weather like in Melbourne?
