Henin-Hardenne wins 6-2 2-6 3-6. Meets Sharapova in the semis

Bagdathis close to beating Ljubicic on his way to the quarterfinal, surprising one. Guy from Cyprus has looked quite impressive so far and hopefully he will play against Federer in this tournament.

Still not that certain to get through, 2-1 now with Ljubicic most likely to win the third set. Can be a cracking game, only if Bagdathis won't get tired too fast and it seems that he may get tired soon.

Some great matches last days. Federer - Haas, Bagdathis - Ljubicic... But Nalbiandian will be too good for him. But it should be a great tennis again.

Well Hingis lost, but it was a nice run for her return.

That Davydenko lad is good.

The game was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests.Fantastic.

But it was never close to Federer´s defeat. Just the matter of scoreline. But Davydenko played a good tennis too.

Looking forward the final Federer - Nalbandian. Should be a great match again like on the masters.

Btw. Kiefer is one big fecker !
Well I liked what he did.I found it very amusing.

Its good for the game of tennis to have cheats like him.Livens things up a bit.:)

Now all we need is Sharapova and Kournikova to play each other in the nude.:D

Is he the next Jeff Tarango ?

Sharapova's gone. Henin-Hardenne thru to the final, 4-6 6-1 6-4. Sharapova got on the wrong end on a couple of calls in the final set.

Hopefully Henin-Hardenne will win the final!

It'll be Henin-Hardenne against Mauresmo in the final then. Mauresmo won
5-7 6-2 3-2* Clijsters retired with an ankle injury

Some great stuff from Baghdatis again, yet I don't think he will be capable of matching Federer's class on Sunday. But there again, I didn't think that he can be a proper rival for Roddick, Nalbandian etc...

Federer is rather certain to get through tomorrow, Kiefer is not a real threat for him.

It should be an interesting final, but only if Baghdatis won't be afraid of Federer. But considering that he sent out the likes of Roddick, Stepanek, Ljubicic and Nalbandian, he shouldn't be afraid of Federer, he seems to be having great fun on court and that's what impresses me most.

Not sure if it matters who Federer's opponent is tbh.

He's not afraid of anyone....On sunday gods will kneel to him, or at least Federer will...and if he loses, He's still amazing
