80 is not much when the players you want to replace cost 50m total.
You basically upgrade
a 30m player into a 50m player
and a 20m player into a 30m player
Where's the point Marginal upgrades at best
That I agree with.

Player 1= 30m
Player 2= 20m
You sell both and you get 30m. Add on the 50 and the budget is 80.
Pretty sure in past auction drafts you could sell all your reserve players at any time.
Take 2 players.. I am proposing a relaxation from 13 players to 12 players if everyone is in agreement
I'm confused now.
The 2 benched players cannot be sold. And there must be a 12 man squad at the end.
Apart from above we can buy/sell/trade as we like, right?
Can you draw up a formation for me please.
Stoichkov-pele-kalle

Tactics
4 3 3, everyone in their best roles, perfect opportunity for pele to shine surrounded by two of the best wing forwards and Matt.
Defense is a bit weak but complementary players and well protected by a very strong midfield.
Or can do it properly later tonight
Do it later today.. I'll start the match tomorrow?

Apologies for the delayed response.. Yesterday was a terrible day at work..
For the last auction draft, the team was required to maintain a 12 man squad at all times.

I don't want this to become very easy for managers to get high value players..
As a compromise, we could reduce the minimum players to be 12 instead of 13. Gives everyone a bit more funds to reinforce
If that is the intention might I suggest removing the 10m penalty for players under 70m as 12 man squad only adds 10m or 20m to the total budget.
I think we should have a Emergency Wild Card round where players have a risk of losing a random player
Can this douchebag of a bank at least bring players back to base prices rather than the price they were sold for. We'll outbid each other to avoid steals. Can't see any bidding wars happening in current format. Most likely, first bidder wins the player is what we'll see.
Tagging the bank treasurer @Indnyc
Don’t you have enough money already?
Buy at prices they were sold for.. Most teams thru to the QF are already filled with goats.. Just some tweaking required
