Bolt's going to do a sub 19 when he's not tired and the conditions are right.
Absolutely ridiculous from Usain Bolt.. The past few days he's just shined above everyone's expectations yet again. It's so out of this world to say that you can expect more from him, but you can't not believe that he won't go even better than that. I'm a runner myself, and running 19.19s in 200m when your 100m is 9.58 is totally amazing. Only a 0.03s difference if you double his 100m time. I honestly think he can, and will, better both of those.
Dramatic finish to the 110m hurdles, a photo finish with Ryan Braithwaite edging out Terrence Trammell who has to make do with silver again, David Payne got the bronze. Britains Will Sharman incredibly came fourth with a PB, judging by his interviews he's a bit of a character, he can not only hurdle for Britain but he could seemingly talk for Britain as well! Interestingly enough Sharman is also a classically trained pianist and brass band player, he's someone to watch out for in future I think.
What else is there to say ? Truly inspirational performances !!!!! Jamaican can really be proud of the guy cause he has put his country's flag to such a high place.
