If ETH isn't willing to play Eriksen in his best position as a 10 even when Bruno is out, it absolutely suggests he doesn't see Fred or McTominay as viable options. ETH has not picked McTominay alongside Casemiro once, and Fred was only picked when Eriksen was out.

And possibly showed the best midfield performance from our team this season.

Strange how some really important players like Fred and Herrera before are not rated. The big game players, the most consistent (compared to others). But like always their time will come and if others perform well, we have nothing to complain about:-)

Not a great frontline, but at least Martial is back on the bench. Antony's injury seems more serious than I thought. Even with a weaker team I'd be confident against Villa if it wasn't for Emery's new manager bounce.
