Ask admin a technical question (For mod action/questions, please PM us)

Is it just me or can anyone else only get a look at a couple of pages of their old posts?
When I'm searching the results seem to "expire" quickly. If I leave it for about a minute, it seems if I try going to a new page of search results it comes up with a page not found error.

Is that what happens for you?

Same. Or, when you go to the next page, it takes you back to the first.

Is there a way to stop non registered viewers from reading my posts in a specific forum/overall?

I take my votes seriously and don't hand them out to the first person who asks.

I can't view the site in Safari, it keeps saying the connection is not secure and there could be a problem with the SSL certificate. I've tried restarting, clearing caches, making sure that my system time is set correctly but no joy. Any ideas @Niall @Damien

I started a thread titled; 'First To Go Under Poch' and it was shut down. There are about five active threads referencing what Poch brings or does not bring to Utd; Any reason why they are still active?

Because he isn’t even our fecking manager

The other threads are:
MNF with Pochettino - simply someone talking about his appearance on MNF and wanting him here.
Is Poch really the answer? - even before Ole was appointed, people were foaming at the mouth to get Pochettino. That thread is a discussion on whether he'd solve the problem.
Get Mauricio In - someone wanting Pochettino as the next manager

None of those threads say Pochettino will definitely be the next manager.

Your thread goes a step further by discussing what players will go when he's appointed. If Pochettino is appointed, your thread will be unlocked and you can all discuss it again to your heart's content.

For me, even those three threads are too much and I'd move MNF to football forum and possibly lock the Mauricio thread but at least the Mauricio thread is keeping the discussion contained than spreading it to 500 threads.

Before the last update, if you searched for something, it'd show them in the order of date created/posted. Now it's relevance, and, even when you select the order to date, it automatically switches back to relevance the next time you search. Is there a way to keep the order on "date"?

Is anyone still having trouble with auto-correct in Safari? Ever since the big move to Xenforo it has been completely broken. I get the most random auto-corrections that make no sense whatsoever and if I don’t catch them would make me look like even more of an idiot than I already am.

This is the only forum it is happening on.

Do the admin/mods think the newbie system was a success?

Also, does the increasing number of negative posters (again, can be debated) indicative of the clubs recent decline or an after affect of the newbie system or a mix of both?

And are the mods planning to do something about this (not that they should be banned which will be uncalled for but to remedy the overall "mood", is anything possible that makes Caf more enjoyable for the rest who don't want to vent just have a reasonable discussion?)

really interesting. Would like to hear the reply from the mods about this. Clearly they don’t control content, or views. But the negativity on here is now at shocking levels.

whether that’s reflective of the mood of everyone due to Covid/ lockdown, United not doing so well, a general online trend, or something else I don’t know.

Been here four years and you're just noticing the negativity now? Ok.

Where do you get the match day stats from, just curious.

One of the mods, @Raoul appearently, has given me title of CAF Geert Wilders while I was banned. I don't doubt his genuine enthousiasm to show his ignorance on Dutch politics matches his enthousiam for labelling and framing, but I believe it's up to me to show the CAF what my political affiliation if I want to, and to make sure it's the right one. I see this has already caused confustion among a few members.

So my questions are the following:
- Is it up to the CAF mod's standards that a mod uses his mod powers to express his personal opinions on users and giving the wrong impression to other members?
- Are you going to remove it right away?
- Are you going to apologize to me?

If you look around there are plenty of posters with titles. Its a fun way to retain a bit of levity, especially in these trying times.

Can I give you a title too when I don't agree with you, or would that be too much fun?
