Andreas Pereira | Fulham player

Having a good season by most accounts with 4 goals and 10 assists. Glad one of our academy boys is doing well. The reported 10 million fee looks like a bargain for Fulham now too

If you're strong enough to watch, Pereira could to be out for a long time. Possibly a double fracture and his knee absorbed a lot of weight. Crazy how it happened on a simple aerial duel.

Speedy recovery! Secretly happy he’s doing well. Hope he comes back even better. Just not when he’s playing us of course.

If that's true, so unlucky. Doing so well in his first proper season as a starter in the premier league.

So that's AP, Mitrovic and Tim Ream out against us?

That's an absolutely horrible landing.

He is having his best season ever in the PL and this happens.
Wish him a speedy recovery!

i was at the game yesterday and from close it looked like a head injury. It sounds like an awful ankle injury instead.

City fans booed him off the pitch when he was being stretchered off too, I was genuinely disgusted by that

Sad really when people are so fixated on their own team that anything else just passes them by.
I wish Andreas all the best, and hope he makes a full recovery. I always liked him as a player, but he didn't seem to get to grips with the intensity of the EPL, until playing for Fulham, always had the technical ability.

A horrible way to end a good season. He got a big role in Fulham and I'm sure their fans are pretty happy with his performances. Hope he makes a full recovery soon.

Absolute joy to watch today - he's really improved his overall game since his move.

I know we make it easy for opposition players but he was really good today. Fulham suffered big time without his quality on the ball after he had to go off.

He was ok. His set pieces are still his strongest attribute but he broke down a few of Fulham's counters with some shoddy final passes.

Developed into a very tidy player the last couple years. Nice to see him back in the Brazil squad. Good ball for their goal as well.

my interest was on this one on the international break. I think he was not used properly here. He offers more than what we have on the bench.
Pity I didn’t watch the game.

First start and first goal for Brazil last night.

Done really well since he joined Fulham. Saw he's been linked with Spurs and Newcastle recently, although that might just be his agent angling for a new contract.

Happy for him, got way too much abuse here when he was playing in a poor side.

I prefered him over Lingard at the time he was at Manchester United but he wasnt the player he is now. He has developed very well at Fulham. When he left PSV as a youth player he was touted as a super talent but after he left Manchester United i didnt expect him to be a starter for Brazil.

He has done very well.

The trouble for a lot of those players who only really excel as a #10 type playmaker and set piece taker is that you have to be at a club that allows you that level of importance to the side. It was tough for him to get that role here - and it's something that you need the time and confidence to develop into.

It was best for him to move to a club the size of Fulham to get that responsibility and prove what he can do. It'll be interesting to see if he can get a move back up a level or so and get the chance to be a key playmaker for the likes of Newcastle or Tottenham, or if he's already at about the right level of club for him to be the main playmaker.

Was there a Buy back clause somehow?

Always believed in him. Just needed some trust, time, coaching and guidance. But you could see he had some good potential. I am glad he is doing well out there.

Always good for the other youth players here too - not making here absolutely doesn't mean you're not good enough for the top level of football.
