Yeah, brings so much what both Pogba and Fellaini lack. Been very good in the second half, he is probably one of the main reasons why we actually started to look like a team in comparision with the first half.
Only played one half but was superb.

I like him. Technically very good at shows fighting spirit. Him running at top speed is a sight to behold though, looks to fall flat on his face every time.
Very good match, proves again that he's excelling in 433. Wasn't aware that he can play the #6 though in a 3 man midfield.
Was very good but some really aimless/odd long balls from him. Not to mention some very dangerous presses where he completely lost his man when he's meant to be sitting and holding shape

The best performance I have seen from him in a while. Our only actual midfield presence and brought a bit of order to the omnishambles we saw in the first half.
At any of Jose's other clubs he, or the equivalent of him, would have started today, his energy really helped the midfield out.
Big thing was that it allowed Pogba to play further up the field and gave us another option in midfield that could pick up the ball from the back, turn and carry the ball forward rather than playing it backwards or sideways. Also provided much more solidity defensively, though not sure if that's because he did such a good job or because it gave us the extra man in midfield we sorely needed in the first half.

He's the B2B we need to bring some steel when we are defending with his tenacious tackling. His deceisive passing and nibble touches are great going forward.

Seriously, its actually a little bit shameful that Herrera was arguably our best midfielder and one of our best players today. In a Manchester derby players shouldn't need lifting by subs.
He did well today.
His post match interview on MUTV was also impressive. He seems to have a bit more steel about him compared to the last two seasons. Reading between the lines, basically saying to the manager that he needs to pick him and that he can be a leader in this team.

Was our best player by quite a distance. When will we ever switch to a 4-3-3 with Herrera and Pogba ahead of Fellaini/Carrick in DM.
Very good performance. He's a Mourinho type midfield player. I don't know why he's not starting often, but if he doesn't after that performance, I'd start looking for another club if I were him.

Seriously? I know why, we have a certain palyer that is undroppable and therefore we keep playing 4231. You could say he could play instead of Fellaini, but Fellaini played very well so far.
Same. We'd win pretty much every midfield battle with these 3. But it won't happen because of you know who.
