The weight of his passing is world class. It's no hyperbole. It reminds me of Messi. I think he's a star.
That’s a better performance than i thought when i was watching him and the game live

Spot on mate. These guys are natural footballers who exude craft and guile which is what will help us pin teams back. I've had enough of seeing our wide players attack space on the counter or run into traffic whilst playing against a deep block. Our football hasn't been of the required standard for too long now and players like Amad and Hannibal can only improve things along with Sancho.
He didn't get a lot of touches because of the position he played.
Do we though ?We still need to bring in Sancho but I like the look of this kid.
He's still too lightweight and needs to hit the gym but he's obviously a special talent.
Daniel James isn’t good enough, pogba is a midfielder. Rashford is very poor on the right, Bruno is our number 10. The rest are too inexperienced to feature regularly for now. Only Greenwood and amad are options there. I prefer if Amad went on loan though. Pellistri might be an option once he is back, I’m not sure how he is getting on. All I know is we’ve needed a right winger since Nani & Sancho fits the bill. City have 2 world class players for each position; when you can improve your first 11, you simply do.Do we though ?
Rashford / Greenwood / Amad / Pogba / James / Pellestri / Mejbri / Bruno can all play across the positions . Granted he’s decent but I’d rather develop what we have ( and sign Kane ) !
There’s nothing wrong with him being back up for Greenwood. And it seems poor future planning to buy two right wingers of 19 and 21 for big money. Make a decision.
Whoever gets him on loan next season, IF he goes on loan(and it'll be England), will have a West Ham Lingard level of talent on their hands after a few games. He'd easily be a starter at Everton for example but would be terrific for a team such as Brighton.
Not If we signed Sancho in Summer, his game time would be even more limited. A loan would works for both.pretty much zero chance of him going on loan surely?
Ole will want him here and pushing for starts
If we sell Lingard and loan Diallo to West Han this summer, may increase our chance of getting Rice for a more affordable fee?Whoever gets him on loan next season, IF he goes on loan(and it'll be England), will have a West Ham Lingard level of talent on their hands after a few games. We need to play Diallo ourselves, not to loan him out.If we sell Lingard and loan Diallo to West Han this summer, may increase our chance of getting Rice for a more affordable fee?
Assume Sancho is coming this sumner, there no chance we would play Diallo ahead of Sancho or Greenwood. He will be a bit part player for us next season, featuring in league cups or as 15 mins sub in those easy games where we are leading comfortably. So it’s best to loan out him to have more playing time.We need to play Diallo ourselves, not to loan him out.
He played that like a mini martial, very similar play style IMO.
Thought he did very well, especially up against a man mountain like Willy Boly.
Would like to see him with Rashford and Greenwood.
Martial is no mug in tight spaces either. I'd say the quick spins with some pacey quick touch dribbling looks a lot more Martial like than Mata IMO.I see him as a more athletic Mata. Good in tight spaces, great at picking out passes and can shoot himself.
He's definitely not "not ready" for this level as some had said was the case. As a squad player he's fine. Will frustrate and need patience, but can definitely play his part.
I have to ask the question as to why it's rarely pointed out that when Amad plays, he does so in second string sides. How is that not a factor in determining relative performance?
For example. Fernandes, our best player, would likely perform somewhat worse playing with our 2nd string than with our 1st. If that's the case for an outstanding experienced professional then why are we not accounting for an 18 year old not getting his minutes in the best team possible? Is it not inevitable that pairing the inexperienced with the inexperienced is courting disjointed performances?
So before we make our "he's not ready" or "needs this" analyses, lets see how he gets on playing in a side with AWB, Shaw, Rashford, Cavani, Fernandes, Pogba before we make unfair comparisons with the likes of Daniel James who routinely is the beneficiary of playing in better sides than Amad.
It was quite Martial like, I'm hoping we get to see the 2 of them play together more because I feel they'd have great chemistry together. He played that like a mini martial, very similar play style IMO.

Do you guys think him & Greenwood are enough for the RW position next? or do we bring in Sancho?
I think we should bring Sancho, but at the same time Amad will need as much as game time he can get to develop.
