When will we likely know if he's returned to training?
White smoke at Carrington.

Cavani and VDB aren't traveling to the game.
Martial is but is a maybe on playing.
Good chance this is Amanda debut.
Greenwood and Rashford definitely starting. Maybe Mata too.
Hope she does well.
Dan James will surely start ahead of him, with Rashford and Martial. Any idea why VDB is out?
Muscle injuries apparently. Hopefully it's just Ole making excuses as why they aren't travelling as he also says Mctominay and Martial are doubts too.Dan James will surely start ahead of him, with Rashford and Martial. Any idea why VDB is out?
Is that supposed to be an accusation of racism? The guy had forged documents that lied about his identity, is it that great of a stretch that is age is also a slight lie?
There would have been no benefit to lying about his age. He didn’t arrive in Italy to play football, he just came to live. Changing 13 to 12 changes nothing for him at that point.
How do you know why he moved to Italy?
You seem to be strangely over invested in this story. How do you know why he moved to Italy?

A young black kid moved from Africa to Europe at around age 10, and grew up in Italy. What's the issue?
Just looking at Amad it's quite clear he's a young teenager.

Yeah the stories also said his name was Traore. Stories can say a lot of things to fit a lot of agendas.

Just fyi, forging documents to fool a foreign country for the purpose of entry is a lot different than faking one's age, which includes the involvement of the government and/or FA, messing with birth documents and records, etc. The latter usually done for the purpose of fielding overaged players in order to gain an advantage in youth tournaments. It is not the same as going down to the local shop and buying a fake passport. Is that supposed to be an accusation of racism? Give it a rest, you're embarrassing yourself beyond belief here. Not overly invested. Just made a point then defended that point against attacks.

Or some bat signal?
Holy crap, that would be amazing during night games. We're down 1-0 in a cup game. Suddenly, up in the clouds...
Crowd goes nuts. WWE entrance music kicks in. Opposition manager hurls his water bottle in disgust. Game over, man. Game over.
Anyone else worry he's an age cheat?
And adding to the fact that he genuinely looks like 18 year old.I would not be concerned, because, Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world, and I expect that they have done their due diligence before investing millions of pounds on signing Amad, who actually was in Atlanta's youth system , I would also expect that Atalanta, an Italian club that plays in the highest level in Europe (Serie A & UCL) to not have brought a kid into their youth ranks without doing their own due diligence.
hence, your concerns were unnecessary.

No ... He's been at Atalanta for a while and he's obviously grown with his age group. If he was an age cheat (with anything more than a negligible difference), it would have become apparent to the coaches at from his growth or the lack thereof.Anyone else worry he's an age cheat?
? they played against WBA and they train every day.How can he have a muscle injury when he never plays.

I am pretty confident Atalanta did their own diligence about his age (not so much about how the kid was smuggled in as a child, which was the higher authorities business anyway), also because a number of recent and less recent cases made the headlines in a truly negative way.
Maybe he is the Dorian Grey of the Ivory Coast?
Yeah but you usually get muscle injuries form playing many games without enough rest.I don't think he just sits on the sofa for weeks until he has an appearance.
Because muscle injuries are associated with match congestion? they played against WBA and they train every day.
Have you ever exercised or just pulled a muscle randomly? it happens. I'm sure it's not torn or broken or anthing serious just a niggle.Because muscle injuries are associated with match congestion

The only time I have pulled my hamstring was in training.
United has said that Amad wants to be called only Amad and not Traore or Diallo (as I understand) same with Hannibal (not Mejbri).
