All time ODI Draft

He is a family man and gets up early. @Ijazz17 be a nice kid and have some choices ready for Mani to decide :p
Choices are well and truly ready. I gave him a shortlist of 30 half decent - not so decent picks to chew on. He shortlisted them to a further 6. It's upto him to decide though which way to go. So, will wait for him to post. Sorry guys.

I find it strange to see an Indian fan saying that he hated Jadeja, growing up as a kid he was the only Indian Odi cricketer apart from Sachin that I absolutely loved. We were so far behind the world when it came to fielding and here was this guy who made fielding look cool, plus he could strike the ball well and ran well between the wickets. I remember being absolutely devastated when his name came out in the match fixing scandal.

Same.

Not to mention his demeanor was so awesome. Always a smile in his face when he came out to bat.

I think he is a decent ODI player but probably went a bit too early. But EAP still has a good team.

I think Jadeja also got Miandad in the same watch with a run out
I have no idea why Miandad was still playing that world cup. He was way past it. He was the only one to have played all world cups till then and I remember commentators repeating it every time he came to bat as if that was the only reason he was in team(which it can very well be with a subcontinent team).

This draft has reminded me of how bad the times were when I started watching cricket, 95 to 01 was basically just about enjoying the greatness of one genius and then crying through the pain of the rest of the match.

Yup. Sachin gone, match over.

Sachin in those years though. That Sharjhah knocks

There was a player in Indian team (who is currently a commentator) who makes Misbah look like Mccullum

I read about him during the sheep draft. He was pelted with fruits by the fans for his tortoise batting and he just stuck two fingers up at them in response

Oh and Misbah held the record for fastest test century until last night for your information.

Nahh I always hated him. Dunno why. Looked like he didn't care, and hated him even more after the maach fixing scandal.

Looks a very good team. Did Flower open the batting though?
Yup. He can play a bit down the order too but had nice partnership with two different players in opening. And that was when Team Zimbabwe was actually good.

Him and Marsh are not spectacular players by any means and you'll not see lot of big hits, but both are technically solid and aggressive run getter with emphasis on building innings. Perfect platform for Viv and Jones to wreck havoc later on.
