All ticket/travel information thread - 2024/25 edition - Ticket Purchasing FAQ in OP. Please read it and be careful purchasing tickets

Anyone still trying to shift one cheap later? I can take one, feel free to DM.

Has any STH forwarded a home league match to a non-member before?

I understand there’s an admin fee for this but the person who I’m forwarding to has signed up on the app and can’t see their supporter ID so I can’t add them as a relationship on the ticket website.

What does the #3 mean in the OP? You need to register an account on the website? I'm a paid member but I have two friends who want to go to a match but they are not members.

It's regarding season ticket holders who want to forward tickets to non-members. If you are only a member (not a season ticket holder), you can't really help your two non-member friends out. Most matches only ever go on sale to members from the club.

The only/most-likely way for non-members to get tickets is from season ticket holders. I can do them 2 tickets for PAOK next week if you'd like.

Yes, I've done it.

You need their membership number to do this. If they click on 'My United' on the app in the bottom right, can they not see their membership number displayed there?

If not, get them to log in to the website ticketing section and they should see it there. Btw, when you have to pay an admin fee to forward tickets to non-members, you can't do it through the app as a STH - you need to do it through the website and the app will prompt this if you try.

Okay, but what do my friends need to do? Create an account? Or can it be fixed another way? Thank you for the offer, but it's the Newcastle game.

Creating an account will get them a free membership but they won't get tickets for a league game unless it is from a season ticket holder through here for example. If they decide to pay for memberships, there is no guarantees they will get them either but they will have a chance if they get lucky with the ticket drop timings or are persistent enough to keep checking the website.

Try re-reading through options 1-3 in the OP and let us know if you have any outstanding questions.

Looking for 4 together for POAK, for as cheap as possible.
Some mates coming over for Leicester and they’ve now realised they fly in just in time to be able to go straight to this match also.
I can probably sort this with 2+2 a couple of rows behind each other in W210.

Let me know if you want and I'll sort it

Let's say I find a season ticket holder who can get us tickets. Does my friend just need a free membership, or can we get a ticket without it?

Pilzen ballot open, not a chance it's dropping to my 4 Credits but it's worth the try

Anyone got a pair for Forest on December 7? Hit me up please. Thank you!

Anyone recommend half decent accommodation for a night (for 2 people)
Looks like plenty on website at the moment mate.
yep loads on there atm. Got myself a pair. Anyone recommend half decent accommodation (for 2) for a night. Easyish access to and from stadium ideally.

If I was visiting Manchester from elsewhere and wanted to take in a bit of the city and have decent food and drink options that is the last place I would stay

Personal opinion and I'm sure it suits certain scenarios but there you go

Never mind the extortionate prices they charge

Which online ticket sites are best to look for tickets? I am over to London for Christmas and wanted to go the Spurs efl match.

Look on the sportsbreak website.
They sell official match tickets but they include a bed and breakfast which bumps the price up.

Sportsbreak isn’t a touting site it’s an official ticket source with add ons.
You can buy cheaper tickets from touts
But without a bed and breakfast.

After a bit of newbie advice please around the new app as I haven't been yet this season.

Me, my partner and my brother all have lite memberships. I've got two tickets to Bournemouth next month in mine and my partner's name but now she can't make it. I know I can't forward it to my brother and he's already logged in to the app on his device to claim a PAOK ticket next week.

I've created an app relationship on my device for my partner I can then see both our tickets for Bournemouth, is it just a case of getting 3 hours before the game and then my brother can take a photo of the QR code and we're in that way? Not sure if they are refreshing the codes yet.

Or is that a better way around it? Struggling to work it out. Cheers

If they are offering tickets in the Utd end at Spurs it's a tout site?

If it's home only then sure - but assumed the lad on here wanted Utd end.
