Got to the front of the queue.
Went to tickets, Rayo friendly only available.
Click tickets, and boom…..

Back to the end of the 18,000 queue.
United Shams.
 
Remember season ticket holders who deferred last year, there'll be less tickets available to members this season.

The number of tickets aren't the problem. Accessing the website and knowing when there is a ticket drop is far more difficult.

Just happened to me... although I jumped to 8000 in the queue.

First time I've done this for united tickets, never have had as much trouble buying tickets on release for anything else....

Update on this for anybody in the same boat. Apparently you cant buy tickets if you had any association to a supporters club last year.

So Leeds is now a ballot game. first 3/4 ballots

not being smug, picked up pairs in the lowers for Newcastle, West Ham, Fulham last game, Villa and Everton. Been on multiple devices since 8.30…only one I got in on was on my phone - crucially it appears on 3G as opposed to internet if that means anything. Been hell on earth for years this day by got lucky today.

Thought this was the season to finally be able to pick up a ticket and go see the team for the first time. But what is the madness going on the site?!
 
If you're looking for pairs/groups and you're not precious about where you sit, I recommend setting the number of tickets you require and using the 'Choose My Seats' feature. It seems to prioritise the best view/most popular area for your requirements.

Managed to get pairs for Newcastle, Spurs, Palace, and Wolves. Plenty of singles left for most games at the moment.
 
I'm trying to book but the system just doesn't load! I'm stuck on loading screen for ages. Whats the point of queues if you cant buy irrespective of getting in the front. Stop letting so many people in then?

Not sure how to overcome this error message I keep getting when I pass the queue, its happened 3 times now
 
This is chaos, selecting seats and then won't add to basket. Then takes an age to load to go back to stadium map.
 
Also, check that you don't have pop-up/tracking blockers active while you're browsing the site. They play havoc with queue systems.
 
Got in and even though my account is linked to my son’s membership it won’t let me add. Says click the pencil icon to add a member…plot twist…there is no pencil icon.

Edit: after several refreshes it appeared.
 
These queue numbers are total rubbish... one of my queues just overtook the other one and they even had the same number for a minute...
 
For anyone getting errors, when it pops up just go to the URL of whichever game you wanted. You don't have to requeue.

I don't mind the queuing but the fact you cant book after getting to the front is ridiculous. I got the same fecking error
 
Is this tickets for the whole season? or will there be another release later in the year?
 
Glad to see the ticket office is ran the same way as the rest of the club. We are consistent at what we do
 
feck me it’s so much harder when you’re looking for a pair instead of singles. Managed to get two games with absolutely shite seats.
 
Actually got onto ticket site quite early. Could I buy a pair, forget that!

Hi - I tried to buy tickets in the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand (S124 and S125) that were costing £58 a ticket. It gave me an error that I wasn't eligible to buy those tickets.

Is there a special requirement to buy tickets in these two stands?
 
What a mess glad i'm a season ticket holder and don't have to contend with this.

Might be the dumbest system for releasing tickets why wouldn't you just do them on a quarterly basis or something.

Had the modest aim of 3 games, got zero.

Lovely.

See you at the next release for more fun. At least we'll bloody know the actual dates by then!
 
Need 2/3 for Brighton game, getting in early before anyone else haha. That was a nightmare this morning trying via the club.
 
Waste of a morning that.

Early start, decent waiting time, got to the site to be met with errors.

Tried again, same result. Three more attempts and got absolutely diddley zilch.

Yes, came through pretty quickly after payment.
Managed to bag three lots of two, nothing together though.
Was quite a challenge, like most previous years.
