At what time do the next batch of home match tickets go on sale on Monday? Anyone know. Is it 8am usually?

what an absolute joke AGAIN!!!

Selected my games, entered card details in, got to the final part of the process and the website throws up an error. now back in the queue having to wait 30-60 mins and probably when I get there the tickets will be gone or the website will crash again.

So I try to phone the club and they are not taking calls on ticket sales.

Good mind to ask for a membership refund at this rate, what a joke!

What an absolute croc eticketing.co.uk is. Not enough time to purchase tickets before time expires. Bumped back to queue without warning. I’ve not seen such a poor system for buying anything online.

Again... Got some tickets all the way through the payment process and then the site dropped at "processing payment".

Shoot me.

I think I got some for West Ham? Genuinely have no clue. It errored out after I confirmed my payment via my bank. No email confirmation yet, though. Did the same during the first release and I actually had the tickets so hoping for the same.

Does anyone know if ticket purchases can be cancelled/refunded?

exactly the same here! The club say online is the best way to buy tickets.

Can you imagine going to a box office, queueing for hours then getting sent to the back of the queue because their card machine isnt working.

My first year dropping down to a membership. It's a farce, there has to be a better way than this.

Exactly the same happened to me, got tickets for Palace, Brighton and Wolves but it crashed when I confirmed payment via my bank. I'm really hoping I did get them, it gives me hope that the same happened last time to you and you actually had the tickets.
Like you though, I received no email. Trying to speak to someone now but been on hold for 1hr. Now back in the queue to see what's left!

I think you can get a refund. I had a ticket for West Brom a couple of seasons ago which I couldn't attend, the club were happy to give me a refund.

Yes they'll be fine to do that.

Can confirm it worked for me again. Try to go into the 'Account history' page and see if the transaction is listed there. Mine was, even though I hadn't gotten a confirmation yet. Now the email finally came through.

That was a nightmare. First logged on just before 8am, selected tickets for four matches, went to pay...kicked out. Have only just (11am!) been able to get back in...and the only tickets left available are for the Palace game. Cheers then. It’s like this every year. So poor.

Don’t suppose there’s any point me wondering up to the ticket office at the ground is there? I’m guessing if a match is sold out online they’re gonna be sold out at the ticket office in person too?

Yeah they’re exactly the same.

It's a joke. Archaic system.

It really is. And there’s still no ticket resale/exchange in place for match-going fans, right?

Learnt last season that you can return any ticket for a full refund... did so for a game or two when I learnt I could not make it, in the week or so leading up to it.... very handy!

Equally guess you could transfer to another member to

But no proper resales system.

As others have said, really archaic system to experience. It was my first time today booking tickets. When I was executing transaction, money got deducted and I didn't get confirmation message (I tried for Southampton home). Not knowing what's happening, I booked for other match (Bournemouth home). Here too, I tried for 1 ticket each through my and my wife's membership and only got confirmation message for one ticket(mine), money got deducted for both transactions. Later on, I checked 'transaction history' under account and here I found 2 applications each for me and wife, both having a ticket each for Southampton and Bournemouth :lol:

Unfortunately, I didn't know you can add someone in your 'network' so that you can seat together. Both mine and my wife's seats for Bournemouth are now in W3103/W15 but couple of rows apart. Hopefully we will get some single fellow red near our seats who is willing to swap :)

if your money got deducted, go check transaction history, there will be note of that transaction and you can 'resend' confirmation on your email.

What's the process for refund? I am from India and will be attending only one of the two matches I got ticket for. Southampton one I will be returning (2 tickets). One is in W3103 though and other W203.

Chelsea tickets available on the website to those who were unsuccessful in the ballot.

Just got myself two tickets.

I justed phoned the ticket line and said I could not attend, and they just processed a refund onto my card.

Why when I get in the queue early am i inable to find tickets, even a single one? But others seem to get tickets no problem? Also which seating areas are generally easiest as I am sure my chance must decrease rapidly when clicking in to them all trying to find seats. Why they cant have a "best seats available" option like ticketmaster I do not know.

Well they stopped the resale on Viagogo years ago, don't know why, I used to put my spares on there.

I often have a pair of spare STs seated together when i'm in execs which is pretty often now, anyone can pm me if interested, often happy to sell a block of matches at fv

Does anyone have an idea of the format for the colour tiers for season tickets?

I know the colour signifies how long someone has been a season ticket holder, I'm just unsure of the exact format. For example:

Red = 0-3/4 years?
Silver = 3/4+ years?
Gold = ?
Platinum = ?

I can't seem to find information around this.

I would love to start applying for away games, but I need to be a silver season ticket holder in order to do so.

I eventually got back on at midday after being kicked out at the confirmation page. Managed to get through to the ticket office at the same time so got to speak to a human. She confirmed my purchases had gone through.

Managed to get 4 singles in the end, that was tricky enough, can’t imagine the trouble people have trying to get seats together

Shambles of a system though, feel sorry for those who weren’t as lucky.

You become a silver ST holder after 3 years of holding a ST - you can then apply for aways
