Perhaps i should clarify, my main target for that particular remark was in fact the media and the football authorities in this country.

I think the Football Authorities do have a lot to answer for and it does seem they are at least looking at the issues with things like the Financial Fair Play regs being introduced - however that is on a UEFA level and perhaps we should expect more from our own FA to look specifically at the English game.
