Forgot that Roddick is now being coached by Brad Gilbert, who coached Agassi from the unranked satellite tour back to the #1 ranking in the late 90s. Roddicks improved of late. He might just win this thing.

from memory, last yr the biggest server he faced was henman, last yr he had a cruisey draw and a lot of commentators noted how easy he had it.

he possibly could have played better, but the kid deserves full credit for his win.

Hewitt has beaten big servers on grass before - Sampras, EL Aynaoui and Dent immediately spring to ming. his game is suffering because he has gone away from what made him the best(rock solid game, made others beat themselves) by going for more power. It's messed his game up like it did with Chang.

Rusedski is a complete cock. He took Canadian tennis federation's money when he was a youngster then ran to England at the first opportunity when he thought he could get more lucrative sponsorship contracts here. Wouldn't pay back the money He doesn't pay his coaches either. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that he is easily one of the most unpopular players on the tour. If being a complete cnut is "having character" then I guess he's got it by the bucketload.

He isn't half as talented as Henman either. Neither of them have a chance of winning it anyway.

C'mon you're being a bit harsh on Greg arent you? He may have character, but since his injury, his serve is all he has on court, which is why Henman is so much more interesting to watch.

I went to the Samsung Open in Nottingham last week. Rusedski was playing Jarkko Nieminen of Finland. I was one of the few cheering for Jarkko. Anyway, during the player intros they say Jarkko supports United - the crowd cheers. Rusedski supports Arsenal - the crowd boos. :D
