Keys on bein just said pogba is not happy about the wage for Sanchez. Why do they create such news when simply covering the transfer is sensational enough. Too much hate for united.
That's cause there was an article in the Mirror or Mail or something that said Pogba wants to double his wages to match Alexis' 400k/wk.

So, now the papers are saying Pogba is on only 200k? They weren't saying that last summer when he signed. Hmmmm.

Quote Sanchez's salary too high, quote Pogba's too low, then write a sensationalist article about Pogba wanting double. The state of journalism.

yeah because he was playing for free at Arsenal and the fact that city offered him more including the massive cut he would have had from the £60m they offered Arsenal in the summer counts for nothing either.

I'm pretty sure i never saw an overall package for the City offer, funny that.

Quick update: stood outside in the rain for a few minutes, paparazzi dazzled a few randoms with their flashes, the Sky Sports van took out their camera and started filming the entrance/exit (I was in a brown coat in case you saw me).

Gone for a Nando's now in Urmston for some lunch, will go back afterwards if he's not already left.

Well played! Eat up and get back on it!

Love the new tagline. I've finally contributed something to RedCafe!

That's just Raiola getting his revenge on us for dumping Mkhi. Jose will deal with it, he's an experienced hand. No sweat.

Why hasn't the club announced it yet? Don't they usually confirm the agreement subject to a medical first? Well he's having the medical now.

Saved me the trouble thanks pal.

I would have used a different word to "silly" though.

God bless you sir

Yeah people got it wrong, so what? As you say, it took everyone by surprise, quoting some of those posters who got it wrong when it looked nailed on he was going to City is the sad thing here. Trying to look like a top red by shaming those posters, aren't you great.

What on earth are you on about

It's more than likely that the figures in the press are broadly in line with the actual wages.
Yeah true. Either that or just sensationalist bullshit made up by journalists for headlines and another stick to batter United with.

Who else looks forward to Alexis Sanchez`s first interview as a United player?:drool::drool::drool:
No one here, no. :drool:Also looking forward to welcome to ManUnited Alexis desktop pic. My collegues at work will be "happy" specially my City fan co worker. He is more of Pep fan. Had no idea there was other club in Manchester until 4,5, years ago, and became huuge fan when Pep joined. :wenger: Yesterday he was saying Alexis is coming to City. I said, Right, of couse, he replied if he goes to your club will be for money. I asked him who was city's manager 6 years ago, he left the office.

Yeah, but Pep or money?????

It's that black and white to some idiots.

Only those with contempt and an agenda or at the very least just not very intelligent. You would think he chose China as opposed to the Biggest club in the world and most successful in the PL with a long and rich history that had just won 3 trophies(2 Domestic and 1 European) in the last couple of years despite trying to rebuild and transition through tough times after losing the Greatest Manager ever. But no apparently you go to city to win trophies now, everyone else has to step aside...

Fecking idiots.

I hope they can announce this earlier subject to work permit approval, which is presumably just a formality. Then he can start training with the squad earlier. I can't understand why the work permit process can't have been started earlier anyway?

Does one for playing for Arsenal not count?

Hahaha many of those "man City supporters" around sadly.Everytime someone says they are City fans i ask for how long? and i never get any answer just a snub.

This is just me being entirely ignorant to the entire thing, but I always assumed the work permit was literally just to work in the country, so if he's got a valid one then all that would need doing is a bit of updating saying he's changed job. I don't really get why it'll take two days for them to go "yes this man who currently plays football in England can play football in England".
