He might, probably only Casemiro and perhaps Jorginho who are better DM's than him.

Not sure, to be honest it's more what he does for the players around him (i.e Pogba) that makes him so important for us. He's great defensively and a cracking passer, there's not really that many who play his sort of role, Busquets and Casemiro spring to mind.
