What a goal, I like the way he runs with the ball with no fear. Sure he still need to work more on decision making and team play, but what more can you ask for a 18 year old kid?

If we signed a player of his technical ability right now from another club we'd have to pay big. He's a special talent, let's pay what it takes for a special talent.

Exactly, bullshit mentality. You pay for premium goods, act cheap and you'll get short-changed... he's got the world at his feet and every club in Europe after him, he could even play on the right for Barcelona. We need him more than he needs us to be frank, but at the same time he has a manager who clearly has faith in him, fans who adore him and the perfect opportunity to stamp his authority on his club despite his tender years.

But I think he has a very similar style. Excellent on the ball. Really difficult to dispossess and floats around all over the pitch. Can play through balls, cross, score.
Just needs to sign his contract and keep his feet on the ground.
