Adnan Januzaj

Full marks for effort so far but his final ball is lacking. Hasn't made the best decisions either but he looks our most dangerous player by far.

At least he's trying other things that isn't just cross it in the box at first opportunity, I'd switch him to the other side in front of Valencia and put kagawa/young on the left. He hasn't been at his best but hasn't been that bad either.

He'd be more effective on the right for me. He's not going to get past Walker for pace

What a difference he's made since switching to the right.

He's the reason to remember this season. What a talent. Laughably better than Valencia as our main right wing outlet.

And it wasn't a dive.

feck me was he good on the right. Miles better than anything we have seen from our Antonio in the last 2 years.

Head and shoulders above our other creative players at actually creating stuff, even Rooney.

Brilliant today and never stopped running. Valencia needs to take lessons on how to cross a ball properly from this lad. We need to get rid of the deadwood and give young players like Januzaj a chance. Its a changing of the guard right now.

What if he wasn't playing today? We'd have produced virtually nothing. This lad is 18 with no experience.

He seems to have obtained a reputation already. He has taken one or two dives in previous games, but genuine fouls often go against him. I was surprised the tussle with Danny Rose went in his favour right at the end.

Fantastic today, he dragged us back into the game and got us ticking in the second half. fecking sick of the witch-hunt for him on this diving thing, he was pushed and didn't even ask for a foul yet Webb books him, somehow I doubt we'll get a segment on Danny's dive tonight on MOTD or on Rose trying to shove him into the barricades.

Shit first half, better second half, brilliant assist for the goal, needs to cut out the diving. One of the few shining lights in general in an average first half of the season.

Struggled in the first half, nothing quite going right for him, but he never stopped trying. Very good in the second

I thought he was patchy. Tried a lot of things, most of them didn't come off, lovely pass for Welbeck's goal, very unfortunate Hernandez's flick was saved after Adnan's super run. What impressed me the most was when he made a run towards a cross from the right in the hope of getting his head on it; so many of our players are far too static in the box. Still losing possession too easily near the touchline.

Our best player today. He has so many tools in his locker compared to our other wingers, and he uses them well. He's going to be so good in five years.

Refreshing to see a winger who doesn't go for the cross every single time and who can actually pass a football.

Only player who looked like he could make something happen. Fair play to him, never game up.

Love this guy. A proper united player, despite being only 18 years old and clearly knackered, never stopped running all game, never gave up and was our best and most creative player. A class above most of the others really.

Although we did cause Spurs problems in the last fifteen, the only players I felt that could win the game for us were Januzaj and Rooney. We don't have enough players that can win a game for us.

Hope it doesn't take that long, i can see him being a first team regular next season itself.

He was frustrating at times, but he came to life when moved out to the right. He's like a young Ronaldo, so much talent and unpredictability and the desire to win at all costs. Puts experienced players like Evra and Valencia to shame.

Pretty much what john says above, completly different player when moved to right I think, there's no point in blocking him that spot with fecking Valencia. We should do everything we can to accomodate him on that wing because he's making thinks tick.

What shocks me was just how dependent we are on him already. On an 18 year old. Every ball from Rooney after our goal went out to him. There was aboslutely nothing coming from anyone else.

He wasn't that bad in the first half, it's just his decision making that let him down, on other day he would be spot on with most of things he did even in first half. He was great in second half. He is creative, he has balls, he is already excellent player to watch, and probably our most exciting first team regular this season, the kid is awesome. Shame about two or three dives earlier in the season, he isn't getting any protection from the refs even when it's obvious opposition players are fouling him.

And as you said it, our players should feel fecking ashamed that it's a 18 year old kid carrying our team right now.

He was that bad IMO. In fact the 2 Spurs counters that led to goals came from moves that broke down from a poor cross and a poor layoff. The second half showed that he is United's best winger.

He excelled at not making the right pass at the right moment today

He put in excellent balls in the second half, beat his man several times, created space for others and pretty much ran the show in the second half. I'm not one of his fanbois btw that already see the next CR in him. But today in the second half he impressed me.
Was shit in the first though.

He's the last player we should be moaning about. Was splendid in the 2nd half
