against all odds he seems to turn into an Allround Wing Back
And I was told that he wouldn’t get another PL if he left United because he’s only championship level
Agreed. I thought he was done for. If he keeps this up then he’ll get an England call up.Immense once again. I can’t recall a turnaround like this.

His awkward style definitely made him look before. He is a decent RB and seemed to improve a bit, although, of course, his short passing, concentration, and defending in the air still need improving to be called a really good RB for us.Poor guy is judged by his awkward style of play, he is so much better than given credit for.
AWB gives you defensive ability that Dalot (and tbf most other FBs in the world) simply does not possess. Offensively if there is a gap, it's not significant to say the least.
If we have to sell one and keep the other we'd be smarter to keep AWB based on their performances this season.
In a match where he misplaced 2 passes his passing is criminal. Makes senseI mean, he missed an open goal so that's not great, but otherwise pretty good.
Baffled by folks thinking he's good enough to start as RB for United though. Just not a good enough footballer. Some of his passing is criminal.
His integration to the system is still a work in progress, but everyone can see the development is very promising. We used him a lot more in space and movement during the attacking phase. Will look forward to more and also how Dalot boosts performance level.I thought he was excellent. His passing was mostly spot on, even in Evertons box.
Looking at the positives from the miss, yes he should have scored - but he showed excellent anticipation to get there - and that’s coming from our fullback that probably would have been afraid to be in the box last season
He was good in the game but poster while exaggerating does have a point Wan Bissaka need to improve quality of his passing , the weight the placement of the passes is a big problem with him infact it's usually quite an issue with United in general though it has improved Under Ten Hag still a long way to go .In a match where he misplaced 2 passes his passing is criminal. Way to miss the point completely .Bullshit.
Wan Bissaka’s passing to get out of tight spaces is amazing - one of the best in the squad.
His quick short passing he does it almost as a skill to get out of tight spaces.
Because he misplaced 2 passes (one in the 1st minute of the game) doesn’t change his ability to make a quick accurate short pass.
It’s things like his crossing that can improve more.

Tell me, do you think those players have a few seconds to think “oh that’s player x making a run, I should pass it ahead of him onto his left foot”?Aye, some people think a pass is a good pass just because it gets to the player.
Totally ignoring the quality and weight of the pass, whether it's to the receivers correct foot and if they can control and pass it without too much trouble, DDG, Maguire, Fred, McT, AWB amongst other all seem to struggle with some of the basic principles of playing a good pass.
Too many times these guys, underhit or send passes behing payers to their wrong side. I'm not a big fan of Pep, but the way his players always pass the ball is ease and quick 1-2 touches is because they are all passing the ball properly to each other with well weighted, precise passes is why his system is so effective.
At Utd, Martinez for me is the standard setter here, zipped passes, precise into the back foot well weighted and easy to control. Need another 4 or 5 players in the team with that same quality to get up to the levels of the best teams.

do they feck. They think he’s making a run I’ll try to hit it into a space that he can run on to
I don’t disagree that Martínez is a very good player but I disagree that you think that most players have time to think other than they need to put the ball into good space or good areas and trust their colleagues will make those runsOf course they can.
Really good players can make those split second decisions to play good well weighthed passes to right side of the player regulary and do it right. A good example of how good these players are at it was yesterday when Maguire, McT and AWB had a bit of interchange down the right. It was like a comedy show. That's what we've been dealing with for the last few years.
I find it funny that people can look at someone like Martinez come into the team and ping good passes around with little fuss. While the rest of these guys who have been here years are either too slow at it (Maguire/McT) or feck it up and almost fall over when they try and do it quickly (AWB/Fred). Yet, you still have people thinking they can be good enough, when they've shown over and over again that they just lack the technical abiltiy to do so.
Like I said, we need 4/5 more players on the same technical level as Martinez in the team if this Utd side of going to be able to compete regularly at the very top again.
