If people who "join" the thread late are only voting for my team with substitutions (i.e. the 4-4-2) then I wouldn't bother making changes, would I? You make changes on the balance of play. Otherwise, the 4-4-2 would've been my original lineup. I wasn't comparing the 4-4-2 to your original lineup, I was allowing people to imagine it with my team in the lead and yours tiring and not having made a change.

I think next time I'll stick to one lineup and just keep the substitutes listed then, for people to imagine how they could make a difference. Not that I'll get your vote, whoever I play next!

Heh you're ruling out my vote? I would be speaking differently if I wasn't playing you. You need to say stuff to try and win. Fixate on weaknesses and make them seem worse.

I really don't know why you're winning though. Our teams are super even and you play the same system as me. I tend to favor the 4-5-1/4-3-3. It gives you width plus people in midfield. SAF favors 4-4-2 but there are reason's for when he picks 5 midfielders and it isn't lack of forwards.

And despite this being page 3 I've not seen many comments why people picked you or me (TheReligion doesn't count). I had the better wingers on both sides yet the focus was mostly on full backs. Think Henry+VDS vs Kluivert+Given might have swung it towards you but that's only a guess.

I voted based on Cling Bak's initial line-up

My vote might have been different if Deco and Lampard were swapped around
