I want Biden to win, but am I right in saying there'll be more violence if Trump wins? Which is a sleight on Biden voters

Does this happen in other countries? I've only ever seen it mentioned with regards to the States.
Happens in Canada as well but we're America Jr. so not sure if that counts.
It's rare though. A few times, max, in the last 10 years? I think it was voter disinformation has been spread by some conservative dummies who were inspired by the US. (I'm a bit hazy on the details though.) Love thy neighbour!

I just went on to youtube to see if there was any live streams running and The Daily Wire was on my front page, I'm open minded so I thought I'd give it a go to see what they're thinking, one minute in and they tried selling me a leftist tears tumbler. Nope, nope, nope

 ok that's me done for today

For people watching FL’s number, a conservative assumption is defection rate by affiliation is the same and Biden is up anywhere from 8-10 with NPA/Others. Of course Trump might surprise us all and smash that NPA break, but working from that baseline Biden should be up about 80k votes atm.

feck me, I’m tired already  For the love of all that is holy, win Florida so I can go to bed!

Re exit polls - UK ones are usually pretty good on the BBC so how accurate are they in the States? Within a 3% margin of error or something?

The sleight is only in your head, given nothing has happened yet and may not at all.

Don't think they're anywhere near as accurate, even less so this year with the number of mail-in/early voters

What? If Trump loses, particularly if it's close, there's a decent chance he'll outright call for armed supporters to take to the street, never mind the bullshit dog-whistles he's doing already.

Bah, at least the presenters look nicer. There's some fit bird outside the White House on CNN right now.

As bad as he is, you can ban me from this forum if he does that. Absolutely no chance.

Well it seems the left have been quite violent over the last few months
Erm - you mean like during the BLM protests? That's not in response to Trump but in response to US society. If Trump wins, I suppose you will see non-violent protests by anyone left of him soon after (like after his 2016 win), followed by violent protests whenever something outrageous happens again - countered by right-wing people acting as their own police.

If Biden wins, I expect some immediate violence from right-wing idiots (suggested by Trump, possibly; like he did for Michigan and other states during their lockdowns), followed by on-off continued violence throughout his tenure by these groups - as well as occasional violent activism by leftist groups, since Biden won't 'fix' US society all of a sudden.

The US is likely screwed in that sense at least for another while, but I think Biden would start leading them to more sense in this aspect, while Trump would just continue to worsen tensions and ignite things.

Do you have a handy FL by county spreadsheet?

Kinda. I'm plugging numbers manually in as they come in semi manually.

@Boycott @Siorac @rpitroda @Amarsdd I standby what I said about not making inferences. HOWEVER, here's some current data.
ps. If you're a news organisation and feel compelled to steal my data, please credit redcafe. Also enjoy working out Miami-Dade and the other counties for yourself :smirk:

You might be right, and maybe you've been paying more attention. I don't want to get into a disagreement with people who wants the same outcome as me on a night that'll hopefully be positive so I'll retract my last few comments, maybe I've just seen footage from the wrong outlets.

The 2011 scandal was pretty extensive and then swiftly covered up by Elections Canada.

feck me I look at spreadsheets all day, I’m lazy just give me the 2 sentence synopsis (or just ignore me, also a fairly reasonable option)

I might be wrong but it looks like a bunch of words and numbers.
