Sanders is genuine. You can see it in his rallies and events. Never mind his age, he will be a fine president for the US even if he's not able to implement all of hs ideas. Look at Trump, the vile cnut doing his best evil plans just by being president.

If he doesn't win it, then I hope it's Warren and no one else.

I have my doubts about Warren.

But if it is her, I will vote for her as Trump is a threat to the whole world.

Still believe Bernie will get it done.

We will see record turnout of young people if either Sanders or Warren are the nominee.

We will with Sanders as his base is young working class people.

The worry at the moment with Warren is that her base is pretty much all white middle class liberals, which isn’t ideal to win a election.

Not looking another argument with the "bros", just curious why being genuine is so important for you?

Isn’t that politics 101? It’s a question of basic trust. A genuine politician is more likely to fight for the policies they campaigned for if they get into office as they actually care about it and are motivated by it. It’s not just something they have been encouraged to campaign on based on research and statistics that they will soon forget when in office.

That's all very well, but genuinely not getting things done is far worse than deviously getting things done. Do you think the deplorables care how Trump got the likes of Kavanaugh onto the SC?

I can see why you were such a big Hillary supporter now.

Ironically, this is what got trump elected. People don't care about policies anymore. It's all about "he says it like he means it".

"Genuine" can mean a lot of things. Who says what is on their heart vs who would lie to help the country.

What matters is policies and that's why I support the dementia addled segregationist who voted for the iraq war, wrote the crime bill, has spent decades in the pockets of credit card companies and opposes medical care for poor people.
