There are very few GOP leaders who have directly opposed Trump. And we've seen examples like Jeff Flake before.
Someone like Mitch McConnell might prefer to ride the wave and hope to exert control via senate (similar to past 4 years) rather than have a Dem president/majority....and majority of those who don't like Trump will toe this line.
There just ain't enough never Trumper's to make an impact imo.
