8,500 is what’s been requested. I’m just saying 6,000-2,000 wouldn’t be completely outside the realm of possibility. Georgia is going to be very tight and Biden does need a couple thousand lead in my opinion going into tomorrow.

They are part of the nearly 30k oversea military+ expats mail ballots sent out before the election. Based on return rate, there can be anywhere between 2k-4K of that batch to not be returned/sent in on time.

Trump will be lucky if he can net 1k votes out of that. Clayton and Gwinnett between them have 10.5k votes left to be reported, heavily democratic. In the last 2.7k drop from the 4.7k in Forsyth, a county Trump is winning by 20, Biden nets a hundred votes out of that.

It’s going to be extremely tight, sure, but in the end I think Biden squeak it out with 1.5-2k votes, will go to recount but not many if any precedent of a recount overturning that lead.

I think Hollywood will make a movie about him and he will get mad when he doesn't get to play the lead role.

Why the feck don't they just call Penn for Biden and declare that Biden is the President-elect? It's been obvious for hours and hours and hours that he's going to win.

Every hour delay in calling it just gives more time for the likes of the Proud Boys to psyche themselves up for bad things. It's well past time to puncture this.
I think they're waiting for it to officially turn blue, since it's the match ball of the entire election. If they call the whole election while the deciding state is still red people will lose their minds.

So how do people see the immediate aftermath of a Biden victory, if indeed he wins? Riots? It'd be funny if he just left the House without the usual ceremony or had to be removed.

There was talk before the 2016 election of Trump creating his own media outlet to appeal to his base. I can see this being his future and his brand of politics certainly won't go away.

Are any republicans speaking out against Trump's false claims of election fraud? Surely a lot of them actually care about America being a real democracy.

Both of CNN's correspondens in Arizona have been very vocal about how terrible they are at math.
