2020 US Elections | Biden certified as President | Dems control Congress

i concede that my understanding of American politics is slight. For me personally, I’ll certainly not be running up and down the streets with a pitchfork when it’s announced. My feelings and opinions can however also be formed outside of policies with my morales, personality and characteristics also coming in to play. Trump isn’t a saint, far from it. Trump isn’t a politician, that much is clear. Trump likely lies, as much as the next one. But for 45% of like minded people he represents a change and often fulfilled his promises (based on federal register and executive orders he’s signed/implemented). Put simply, I just couldn’t trust Biden based on ‘all’ my 6 months of learning.

off to bed. Exhausted. Good luck

FYI there is no wall.

You're talking about marginalising half of a huge country, which is itself an oxymoron. How is that going to repair the division?
It’s a numbers game in the short run. Gerrymander & try to structurally redress current situations while doing what is right for the country. Who is still undecided now? Needle of those defecting to either side won’t move that much in the next four years bono martyr how cordial we are.

More Kelly for me

Twitter really need to shut Trump up .
His masses of idiots will be out to cause as much mayhem as possible I wouldn't be surprised to see Biden get taking out .
Once Trump loses, he will experience mass desertion on an unprecedented scale. He’ll be shunned by republicans and Fox as soon as he loses and leave White House

Manhattan voted 80:20 Biden and Trump will have to go back to live there

People are tired of politicians, you know? They never get things done. Obama never did anything and his health care plan literally cost people millions in private health care bills. He also divided the nation with his fake news. People were tired of it and Trump was the solution. He's got things done, like ended poverty and made cyber. He built a new wing of the military and fixed terrorism. He's been unfairly treated by news outlets making up lies about him doing things like divide people when the reality is he's brought the nation together in love and happiness and anyone who disagrees can line up and be shot. Now they're trying to steal the election from him by counting "votes". But where did these votes come from? You can't prove that real people voted for Biden. You can't prove anything. But I can because I watched a podcast by two dipshits who work part time at Baskin Robbins.
How do you consistently come up with this stuff

we expecting Nevada Georgia or pa results any time soon?
Depends on the pace of counting and update, PA may flip to a Biden lead or get very close in the next 10 hours or so, Georgia as of this moment, should be less than 150k ballots left, so expect updates on that front. Nevada won’t be until Thursday 10/11 am local time (dunno how that translate to yours)

Looking at the Georgia vote, the map looks mainly red but blue around the bigger towns/cities.

I've heard that mentioned in other states too.

Why is that?

Rural urban divide in political preference. Used to be rural + suburban vs. urban but now it's becoming rural vs. suburban + urban.

What's taking Nevada so long? Are they all still playing poker or something?!

Quality control
No, sorry. Fact checking has repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly, shown that he lies magnitudes more than anybody else ever has. There's nothing 'likely' about it and there's no 'as much as' anyone. This is just desperately trying to paint him as better than he is.

And down the rabbit hole we go. You cant just read something as fact checked and take it at face value. It’s not just a group of unbiased individuals making decisions on what is/isn’t fact. There’s connections, relationships and ties that are almost unfathomable. Fact checker is hugely funded by Facebook and Google for example who lobby and push agendas that likely end up in some way at the feet of Soros and his cronies. A whole other story.

And there it is.

Why is that?

Urban voters have higher mean levels of education, and live in more cosmopolitan environments with exposure to a much more diverse range of opinion. Both are strong drivers of a democratic leaning.

No, if someone says X happened and it's demonstrably false, then it's a lie. If he says he never did/said something and there's video evidence of him doing/saying it, then it's a lie. That's fact checking. You're really grasping at straws to defend a man who has been accused of rape multiple times by numerous women (after pulling out women against Clinton and saying we should believe women), flat out admitted to committing sexual assault, openly mocked disabled people on TV etc etc, called the Coronavirus a hoax before being hospitalised with it. It's worrying that you and others can read that, understand what despicable traits they are and be like 'meh, this person is fit to be the face of our country, and the best that we can come up with, totally fit for office'.

Like most places, large metro areas tend to vote for democratic, as they are much more diverse and progressive.

In the South, the rural areas are full of dumb, easily-manipulated rednecks who vote against their own self-interest.

source: I was born and raised in rural south Georgia.

But what about alternative facts?
