ToTbe fair if a Cruyff team reaches the semis, it's already acheived the best it could in a draft

This is a really boring round considering the first 3 were quite original.
Agreed. The mods set the bar quite high, this one I think I had the same in the First Caf Sheep Draft I ran all those years back.

Pep Guardiola effect? Seems off late a lot of favour has been towards fluidity and possession as opposed to a more direct approach.
Wait till they twist it to pick a national of the same side who has played only 5 times in those 100+ caps
Yeah, quite suspicious after the latest round. Basically, had to pick my own sheep. Which got blocked.
Goes in cycles really. Drafts aren't exempt from having flavours of the month and all. A bit before every man and his dog was coming with 5-3-2s. Large volumes of teams initially went with 4-2-3-1s etc. If tomorrow City happen to lose in CL while having 80% possession and no output, the next draft manager coming up with a possession setup will struggle for votes. So just thought currently there seems to be a demand of possession style based players. There is certainly some truth in that though. Based on what people try to build in general.
That actually hurts as you can drop your own sheep as opposed to the one you receive from the mods.Yeah, quite suspicious after the latest round. Basically, had to pick my own sheep. Which got blocked.
My previous side was as direct as they come and built around Maradona. But this one has a different theme that doesn't require a #10 (quite an obvious one though ).Pep Guardiola effect? Seems off late a lot of favour has been towards fluidity and possession as opposed to a more direct approach.
Yep had that in mind when thinking about the player ratings. That team not getting much love was surprising. My previous side was as direct as they come and built around Maradona.

Yep, that definitely got repetitive especially in Maradona teams.Although, I'm really glad that people moved away a bit from 5-3-2 formula as of late.

Ah yeah, snatched from under the nose.only one that went for Maradona originally....
Hope @P-Nut0712 and @Jim Beam will get quickly their sheeps so that they can submit their pick

Not sure what the complaining is about, the plan was done originally as it was intended. Nothing was switched to accommodate sheep and what not.

The hipster lobby is far too high with total football going by last draft as well. Expected a lot to jump on Cruyff but expected a couple to go for Maradona as well. Which is mental and should be the other way round.
The player ratings in these drafts are massively messed up right now.
