From my memory of the primaries, CNN's "percent counted" isn't actually percent of ballots It is the percent of counties for which counting has started. Most annoying.

My concern is these are early votes primarily. Would expect it to swing back a bit after today's vote (still very much Hilary but maybe enough to be less than 2012 Obama numbers?). Or am I being too cautious?
