Clinton is down just 4k points now in VA, with 14% of the votes still remaining.

Nah, just for a little bit. No other way to predict the future that we know of, something there is desperate demand for.
Just call it a draw and let them share it. Human's are compassionate and cooperative, it's why we won evolution. I'm sure they'll sort it out between themselves.
