My guess is that will have some superb games in Europe and against the lesser sides in the Prem, but will struggle against the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal who will close him down quickly

Where can I get this fabulous time-piece? Perhaps the mega-store still have stocks remaining? ;)
 
He`ll play very well in the warm late summer weeks but as so as it gets cold................well your guess is as good as mine.
 
His first competitive game this season -- he started the new season the same as how he finished last season.
 
He was back to his usual sloppy passing style last night. Can't remember him making a tackle.

Wonder why he was not replaced last night.
 
His pass to Ole that set up RVN's chance was pass of the night by far. Some of his interplay was a joy.

I was a bit mystified to see sweat pumping out of him though. It certainly didnt come from any defending.

Pity he fluffed that shot late or we'd all be purring about him today. No marks for 'ifs' though. I'd give his performance a 7.

I did watch the game and if that is an average performance he's not a world class player..

Veron was Below par, not shit
Just 'cos he cost 28m doesnt make him Superman. Veron if anything seems to be trying to hard, he probably covered the most amount of ground yesterday, and for me seemed the most determined midfielder on the pitch.

Blanc on the other hand was just as bad as Phil, he was still on the edge of the area when the ball was in the back of the net..... He has added this feeling of complacency, I hope Oshea and Rio get a good run in the team as our CBs

The finishing was auwful though. As was Veron.....

Feckin hell you would think the guy played for our arch rivals the way some people go on around here. The fickleness around here by some is feckin sickening, pre season, everyone ranting and raving about his performances, especially against Boca Juniors, now after two games, where his performances were adequate (not more and not less) indeed where the team as a whole apart from O'Shea performed below par in, people are saying oh Veron he's shit, not worth 28.1m, this and that feckin blah blah, its a disgrace the attitude towards Veron at times, at least give the guy a chance before slating him, at the end of day we want to see the best of Seba, although in my opinion some around here actually like seeing him fail, or at least you would think so by the way certain people talk around here!

Here Here mate I couldn't agree with you more, the attitude by some to JSV around here is disgusting! Give the bloke a chance, in my opinion his performance on saturday was sturdy, nothing amazing, but something to build on, we should be supporting him for fecks sake, he's onew or our own!!!

feck off, Im entitled to my opinion as you are and I will express it on here until someone bans me. He was as disappointing against the Baggies as he was against zzwrckwzckzzwwwwyyyywhatevertheyarecalled IMO.
He was shite last season part from the first few games. He continually holds united's play up. For someone who cost 30smackeroos he shite at one touch passing. And his defensive work is below par too!
I sincerely hope he proves me wrong and that he becomes the star of our new triple winning campaign but I doubt it very much however.
