And I agree with you, prisoners don't need a bayfront view. They'd be more motivated to avoid crime if they did time out in the higher temp. areas like San Bernardino County. Sure they have Chino, but hell... why not ship all the California prisoners to that county. It's a shit-hole anyways.
Oh, and I'm not a California native. Only lived there for 10 years. I'm born and bred New Jersey (The Shore area). Grew up around families, very much like the Sapranos (No joke).
